Simple snacks, smoothies and light lunches. This is a great addition and a welcomed healthy alternative in the downtown area.

Come here for healthy organic foods! Method has a very friendly staff, and they give free samples of their soups and dressings. Their juiced and smoothies are both really good. My friend got an apple-almond butter smoothie that was quite tasty. It’s pretty spacious; café-style seating on one side with the ordering bar on the right side. Will definitely remember this place for next year, when I’m in the area again!

Basically the only health«fast-ish» food available! Awesome for you and awesome tasting! But very expensive if you plan on ordering more than one item, but that is a given for the wonderful ingredients that are used!

6 smoothies later, I haven’t gotten tired of the«Foundation», which I find perfect for breakfast. It is filling enough, yet not too sweet or heavy. Plus, kudos for being environmentally friendly(bins for compost and recycling).

I stop by here whenever I’m in the area! I love juicing and smoothies and I just can’t make mine taste like theirs! They are so healthy and I feel so energized when I drink them. I usually get the Prime.

I picked up a drink here last week. It was a nice way to get a cool fruity drink while walking around downtown. The flavor of beets was a bit strong but it’s a good way to drink your vegetables and healthier than a lot of other beverages out there.

After a long airplane flight and a wait for my hotel room, I really wanted a decent, healthy meal. Fortunately for me, I found Method on the walk back toward the convention center. At about 4pm, the place was quiet and there was no line. The cashier was very friendly and offered advice on sites to see around Spokane. I ordered a large strawberry balsamic salad. The price was amazing for the size – $ 6. The salad was delicious and exactly what I needed.

I LOVEMETHOD! I have many food allergies and I can eat everything on the menu. My first visit, the employee taking my order was happy to show me the ingredients lists for everything I ordered to be sure that I wouldn’t get sick. I love the Foundation, the quinoa rice bowl with extra veggies and spicy peanut dressing. Also obsessed with the chia pudding. I wish they would do regular gift cards instead of tokens, but that doesn’t deter my rating. So happy for them to move up north! YUMMY!

A+. God I love this place. I hate veggies and fruits and this place makes it so easy for me to enjoy them. I love their fresh juice. The fresh one is a great way to start the day. I love the presses juice. The revival is seriously magic. It taste awesome and literally revives me. The breakfast is great too. The bowls and even the chia pudding is so so tastyyyyyy! I come to Spokane once or twice a year for work and I always stop by. Can’t wait to be back!

I love this place. It is raw and fresh. I have been there twice now and I have tried there salads and chai pudding(amazing). The employees are just barely friendly — hipster style– but I really like that whoever owns the place doesn’t seem to over scrip the employees. I think I’m going to be a regular.

Was not sure this would be worth finding a parking spot during the busy Christmas shopping season downtown. So worth it! Had the quinoa rice bowl with all the veggies and tahini, curry soup and pure juice. Piping hot and full of flavor. Was so good I didn’t even realize the veggies in the rice bowl were raw until the end(piled on the hot rice and sauce of your choice blended the raw punch). Healthy healthy thank you Spokane. Public parking lot two blocks away on Riverside.

It’s really good, but I might have to get a second job if I want to drink or eat here regularly. I’ve had most of their juices, and I’ve liked every single one I’ve tried. My favorite, however, is the«Pure» which is the perfect blend of sweet and leafy. I also love the peanut bowl, it’s delightfully filling. Whenever I juice or eat here I feel like I get healthy points. This eliminates some of the guilt I feel for other decisions in my life, so points for that.

Daughter wanted to try a fresh pressed juice drink for dessert. Love that there is no added sweeteners and no chemicals. Her«Prime» juice beverage was visually attractive but the strong taste of the kale was overpowering and made the drink not as good as it looks. Dollar tip was built into the $ 7.00 juice order. Granted it was all organic, I agree with heidi w. that it was pricey for what you get as we blend our own vegan breakfast smoothies at home.

Fresh, clean, healthy! When you walk in Method smells like the zesty organic garden we all wish we had. I personally crave the spicy peanut bowls and smoothies and love showing off Method to my health conscious friends and family. I feel so good about going to Method– like I’m getting points from the health gods and goddesses for visiting. It’s a great vegan option in the heart of downtown Spokane. Its not really too far away from River Park Square, so if you work up an appetite during shopping its a nice option and its also right across the street from the bus depot, so if you are feeling like being a perfect human and want to eat organic and take public transportation, you can do so. I mean, are you really going to juice beets and carrots and pineapples? No… just save yourself the hassle and go to Method. *They also have WiFi

Over priced for what you get. I spent $ 15 and got a salad and juice The juice was to sweet. I got the green one and subbed out the apple. But because«Apple is the base» I’m told, they charged me $ 1 extra for beet… Way to many beets and not enough greens. I juice a lot myself and know the difference. They only put a handful of kale and a handful of spinach(.25-.50 cents worth if you bought it the store yourself) they skimp on the good stuff and add cheap fillers– ie rice/quinoa combo. I didn’t want rice. It’s high in sugar and low in nutrient compared to quinoa but much cheaper in cost for them. My salad, «create my own» I just wanted a little quinoa mix on the side bc I didn’t want a mound of grains and wanted mostly salad for my $ 8, which wasn’t even that good of lettuce what happened to dark green salad, kale? My salad was half salad and half grains. The lettuce was romaine and spinach combo mildly green in color; a scoop of veggies. It really could have been much more note worthy being that this place is about greens and organic goodies. Romain is hardly a green lettuce and next up to iceberg. The quinoa had no flavor I would have liked to see more attitude in this food. It’s only a step and half up from subway. The ladies behind the counter were pleasant. The woman tried to accommodate my needs but was very flustered and had to keep asking the other, already busy, employees if she could«sub for beet… put the quinoa on the side… Even the lemon tahini dressing was bland… It was sad to say a disappointment when it could really be amazing. I’ve worked 15 years in restaurants, i have several degrees in health and wellness. I’m very educated in food and health… I know know they could do this better and still be cost effective.

This place is right in the heart of downtown and not far from my office. I come here three or four times a week for lunch and never grow tired of their food. They have just a few salads, one or two soups(black bean vegetarian chili is my favorite and is usually available), a few rice/quinoa bowls, hummus sand smoothies/juices. This may seem like a small selection, but the quality is so great that it is sufficient. Healthy food, healthy and upbeat staff makes a very positive experience. Try it. If you bothered to read this review you probably like quality food well enough to love this place!

So when I arrived in Spokane last week I immediately ate myself silly with fattening comfort food. Then I felt guilty. Then I found Method Juice Café and my guilt was no more. I got a couple of cold-pressed juices for later and some Tuscan kale and white bean soup, which were all delicious. I feel like Popeye’s female cousin. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I love that they recycle the tags on the jars and the jars themselves. Parking downtown is kind of a pain, especially in bad weather, but I’ll definitely make the trek the next time I’m in Spokane and need to chase out a couple of pizzas, burgers, and beers.

No town is complete without these two things: a wine bar, and a juice bar. Spokane has both the wine AND the juice covered, so you can balance your bad evening habits with good morning ones! I was super impressed with this legit juicery — the menu and ingredients were on par with the über-deluxe juice shops in SF. The all-green«Pure» juice blend seemed to be popular: apple, kale, spinach, cucumber, celery, lemon and ginger. If you love greens, but need a tiny bit of sweetness to choke them down, this blend is absolutely on point. It’s juiced on the spot, with a nice foamy top. $ 6 for 16 oz is definitely a fair deal. They offer other fruit-veg blends, and some hearty smoothies. For solid food, there’s healthy snacks like chia pudding, soups and salads. Health freaks rejoice! Not only is the space sleek & modern, the staff are super perky and helpful. I’m not in the area very often, but I grabbed one of their frequent buyer punch cards because I’ll definitely start my mornings here when I’m in Spokane!
