I recently went to this location to get a coffee before I headed out to run some errands. I sat at the drive thru window and was never greeted by anybody. I figured they were busy inside so I parked my car and went inside for my drink. I have been in the business and I understand it gets busy so I wasn’t upset. However, when I went inside I was not greeted very friendly. I feel like the barista should have recognized me that it was me sitting in the drive thru window and apologized that she was not able to help me. I order my beverage and left. I did not take a drink of beverage until I had pulled away, but when I did I was disappointed. My beverage was wrong and didn’t even taste good. I didn’t want to go back so I just tossed it. Very disappointed with the service and quality of the coffee. I will always give an establishment a second chance I am just hoping my next experience is more of an enjoyable one.

I’ve gotta return here. The chocolate croissant was wonderful even though it had been heated in a microwave and then allowed to sit a while, because I had to step away. Next time, I’ll leave it at room temperature to eat so that hopefully, I can enjoy the flakey layers, buttery richness, and bits of crispiness in a well prepared chocolate croissant. Rocket makes their own bakery products and is a local company. Of the several locations I’ve been in, I think this one is the most brightly lit, no dimness at all. They are cozy, but to me, this one has added cheerfulness. Inside, there is a six table seating area opposite the counter. Adjoining this main area is another smaller room, with a few more tables and a little more privacy. There were a couple of people working with laptops. Mead High School students, wearing school swag, drifted in while I was enjoying my croissant. In warmer weather, it looks like the roll-up window wall could be raised to open up the main dining area to flow out onto the outside patio tables. Staff greeted me cheerfully when I walked up to the counter. The building’s shared restroom is down the hall and requires a key to enter. I look forward to stopping in again for another chocolate croissant, unheated!

Homemade bakery stuff was delicious. This hometown coffee spot is more coffee than bakery for sure but the few items are goooooddd! The staff is what makes the place. Friendly, professional and knowledeagble.
