People here really know their business! My Chinese silk rug was cleaned properly and restored to perfect condition. My mother-in-law used this company in the 70s and 80s, so I know they do a fantastic job.

I got my first carpet back and was so impressed, the next one is going to them. My carpets are old and worn. They were purchased in the 1920’s by my grandmother and have been in constant use since then. I sent the one of least quality first and it came back better than I expected. I can’t wait to see the others. And… I like the way they communicate. Quick answers and good information.

Richard’s crew have cleaned our rugs over the years, and every time they do a wonderful job. Some of our oriental rugs are quite old and fragile. We have dogs, so sometimes there is extra wear. The Rug Spa folks clean the rugs with great care and do fabulous mending, when necessary. I would never let anybody else handle our rugs, and thanks to their very easy to use mail system, I won’t have to. Rug Spa is just great.
