Just had one of the best hair salon experiences, Crystal is very attentive, talented and goes the extra mile! I will for sure be a regular customer and refer her to my friends. Also very reasonable prices!

So, I have to admit that I’m afraid of getting waxed… down there. I’ve been hearing about the infamous Brazilian wax for years, and finally made the choice to conquer my fears and just try it. I decided to go see Tracey, who was recommended by a friend, at Style and the City. She was friendly, punctual, and understanding of my fears. In order to make me feel more comfortable, she smiled and discussed the process with me. I appreciated her honesty in informing me that the waxing probably wouldn’t be comfortable for the first few times, but that it would become easier over time. Setting realistic expectations is important, I think. Anyway, the entire process wasn’t as painful as I’d feared, and I’m sure this is due to Tracey’s close attention and thorough process. Without giving you too much information, I just loooooooove my new wax job and will definitely see Tracey to continue this service.
