I am very disappointed in this place. Came to celebrate St. Patty’s as we did the year before. The service was below average oh wait that’s being too nice. Several customers were overlooked at the bar including myself. Limited menu to make it easy on the kitchen and they still couldn’t get my order right. If I could give them a negative star I would. Too bad I used to love this place.

Under new management and the menu is just like every other pub now. I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich, the chicken was dry and overcooked, and sandwich badly needed some sauce. The prices are on the low end so I guess you get what you pay for. Wine selection is very small. Service was pretty slow considering there was only a few parties in the place. The previous staff clearly didn’t stay on with the new management, as they were always friendly and chatty, not the case today. I might give the new owners another shot, since it’s right across the street from where I work, but I really loved the old place and it’s just not the same or as good, in my opinion. :/

Dinner with friends, really disappointing. Not only was it not giving off an Irish feel at all, but we felt like we were in the way and inconveniencing the staff by being there. Couldn’t get a drink refilled within 20 minutes the entire time we were there! Dinner was, eh. Desert was ok — some liked it, some didn’t. Prices I felt were high, but I’m used to drinking and eating downtown. Probably won’t return.

Went on a date here, the bartender was very friendly, so was the manager. there were a lot of choices for Irish whiskeys, the bartender made up a drink from a new Irish whiskey for me to try, I loved it. Fish and chips we’re not over breaded, and the tarter was pretty good, I would go back again any day. love the atmosphere.

My husband and I went by during Restaurant Week, and it was fantastic. The ambiance was nice– it felt very open, with some tvs and whatnot, but not a lot of noise. The food was great– I highly recommend the scotch egg and the shepherd’s pie. We’ll definitely be back!

Looked like a nice place. Food was horrible. Their Tomato Bisque soup was nothing more than a cup of tasteless, chunky canned spaghetti sauce. Only one in the place and they got my order wrong. They seem to cater to the drinking crowd rather than the restaurant aspect. They should just scrap the food and just serve appetizers and drinks.

Good service and a nice staff. I had heard this place was bad but had to see for myself. The soup was great, I could eat bowl after bowl. The shephards pie(legit, with sheep!) was more like a stew with some unseasoned mashed potatoes on top. Seems like they just kept the whole thing in a steamer, so the veggies and«gravy» just blended with each other and I couldn’t identify any individual flavors. was more of a potato, carrot, lamb mush. imagine a stew thats slow cooked for way too long.

Knockaderry was at the $ 18 level during restaurant week, so my wife and I decided to check it out. When we walked in, it was a tad confusing — do we seat ourselves or wait for a server/hostess? After an awkward minute, we were seated by a server. The restaurant is nicely appointed and many of the booths have personal TV’s, which is a cool touch! My wife ordered the scotch egg, Shephard pie, and the bread pudding. I opted for the skink soup, bangers and mash, and the Guinness cupcake. We ordered our food around 5:35 however appetizers didn’t show up until almost 6, which was a bit disappointing consider that we showed up before it got busy… however other than the really long initial wait, service was fine. This was the first time that either of us have ever had a scotch egg… and it was excellent! This is definitely worth a try! The skink soup was ok, but nothing special. It was like a thin calm chowder, but slightly sweeter. Not bad, but I wouldn’t get it next time. For the main course, my wife had the shepherd pie, which was really good. It’s definitely worth trying. I had the bangers and mash — which was average. I’ve had bangers and mash in Ireland and it’s served a bit different. This was served like two sausage with a side of mashed potatoes, bread, and carrots. The sausage was ok. The mashed potatoes were pretty bland by themselves. The bread was super smokey… which was something I’ve never had before(I want to like it, but I don’t think I do). Oddly enough, the carrots were the best item on my plate. They had a delicious glaze over them. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. The deserts were pretty good. The Guinness chocolate cupcake was delicious. There was only a hint of Guinness, but it was still delicious. My wife had the bread pudding which was good, but there’s nothing«pudding» about this dish. Flavors were good, but it was fairly dry bread with spiced apples. We probably wouldn’t recommend it. Overall, it’s a cool spot — but I know that we won’t frequent this place. There were a couple great dishes, but most were meh. It might be worth a try, but choose your meal wisely!

For breakfast, the O’Brien potatoes are outstanding. I couldn’t even bring myself to put ketchup on them they were so good. And for lunch, the Reuben might be the best I’ve ever had(even better than O’Dohertys!) Their corned beef is tender and full of flavor.

We love this Irish Pub. We have eaten there many times. The food is amazing. It’s a great atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and personable. We have tried several Irish Pubs in the area and this is by far our favorite. You also don’t have to drink to enjoy the great food. The ambience is very appealing.

Went in on a Monday night before a show. There was a small crowd watching the Monday night game but it was chill. JT the bartender was very nice and made great drinks.

Love this place! My cousin and I are regulars here. Felicia is a friendly attentive waitress! Drinks are reasonably priced. Meals are a tad more expensive but good food!

My Fiancée and I ended up here by accident when searching for some eats while passing through Spokane. It’s a cool little Iris bar with a lot of TV’s and the typical Irish pub fare. While here I had a pastrami and swiss sandwich that was good, but nothing to write home about. I did feel that the food was a bit overpriced as a couple other reviewers have stated. My lady had a salad of some sort that was also good, but again nothing exceptional. Decent joint, I can imagine it being much more fun on a packed night.

Great cozy interior? Check. Friendly, knowledgeable bartender? Check. Great place to socialize and have a drink, next time I will make sure that I arrive early enough to have some of their delicious sounding food.

My entire family enjoyed this place today. We had a full day of moving, and this was the perfect place to get some yummy food, and drinks. We ordered the Bangers and Mash for my husband, mashed potatoes and gravy for our daughter, and the not your average burger for me. Stuffed with caramelized onions, basil, and roasted peppers… with no bun or cheese because of allergies(at least I think that was the name). All of it was amazing! We scarfed it down. The french fries were some of the best I’ve had in a while too. Nice big pieces of potato. Our server was a super sweetie too. The atmosphere is just what you would expect from an Irish Pub… not fancy, full bar, friendly staff. The only thing that I thought was odd is that our Moscow Mule drinks were served with no ice. Wasn’t the best.

Here for dinner. Love a god Irish pub. Waitress’ second day she repeatedly said, but very friendly. I had Irish stew and soda bread it was good. Husband wasn’t overly excited about his fish and chips. Daughter lived her shepherd’s pie. Surprised at the price if the Guinness. And why do American Irish pubs always serve the Guinness too cold?

I’ve stopped by here from time to time, and every time the staff has been extremely inviting and engaging with their customers. This is the place to go if you want some true Irish fare. Bangors & mash, corned beef & cabbage, shepherds pies, or lamb stew. This place has it all, as well as the typical beer you’ll find at an Irish pub: guiness, smithwicks, harp. I’ve tried quiet a bit of the items on their menu and I’ve never been disappointed. This is a solidly good place to grab a bite of food and wash it down with an Irish draft when you’re in need of some hearty pub food.

Tried this pub out for lunch recently as I was excited to see a new Irish spot on the northside of the river. The interior is really well done. Dark wood, comfy seats, hand slapping Irish music and great staff. The food was good but the the pricing was pretty steep. I split the burger and potato cakes with my partner and ordered a Guinness. The Guinness cost me $ 7!!! That’s a little ridiculous. Also, they had one IPA on tap that was on the lighter side so there wasn’t anything to entice my hubs. Of course if the Guinness was $ 7 then I don’t want to know what they’d charge for a micro-brewery IPA. The burger was good. Cooked to order – which I appreciate but still felt like $ 12 was a bit on the high side. The potato cakes were interesting… I’ve never had anything quite like them. The sauce was really tasty and they came on a bed of lettuce. All in all, nice spot with good food but definitely not a lunch I can afford on a regular basis.

This location rocks and the interior is cool. A little on the dark side, but it works with this atmosphere. It’s nice to have another Irish pub in town. The wait staff is awesome and very friendly. Good selection of beer and the menu is unique but plenty of choices. Can’t wait to go back!
