Kyle is the kind of person any business owner would be so fortunate to have. He was so helpful both on the phone before we came in and when we were getting his great service in the store. Very smart and experienced. Very knowledgeable, good with my son too.

Good prices. Great selection. And passionate employees who actually run and know what they are talking about. Prices are about what you would expect for a specialty store, but the wealth of knowledge makes paying a bit of a premium worth it.

Came to Runner’s Soul during Hoopfest to check out some new running shoes. I had been having a lot of knee pain with running for a while and was hoping some new shoes would do the trick. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable. He made some recommendations of shoes that he thought would be good for me and my knee complaint. I went with the Omni 13 and I couldn’t be happier. I am very grateful for the staff here who know how to help you select the right shoes for you. Will definitely be coming back next time I am in Spokane!

I came in to the Runner’s Soul looking for fuel as I’m running my first marathon in the next coming months. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the entire staff. The staff and I made small talk for a couple minutes and made me feel like I was chatting friends. When I told them what I was looking for and that I was oblivious to what I wanted/needed, they were a wealth of knowledge. They took the time to look up what race I was running, who was sponsoring it, and what fuel they would be giving out so that I could train on the same fuel that would be available during the race. I was incredibly thrilled with my experience at The Runner’s Soul and will be returning for all my training questions and needs!

Nice folks, nice selection… just wish they had a treadmil. Most specialty running stores have them to try out shoes.

I have become weary of feeling the pain of running around greenlake in my Etnies. Even I know that I shouldn’t run in skater shoes. I am not a skater, and my knees have been asking me for a pair of running shoes for a few years now. The pain recently became so great that I stopped into this store while on my visit to Spokane. It turns out that The Runner’s Soul is one of two locations, the other being in Alberta. My shoe salesman was very informative and found me a pair of Brooks trainers that fit my feet well. They allow you to run around in them which is nice– you can’t do that in most stores. When I went running the next morning I was so very glad to have remedied my pain issue. My knee was still a little sore and I was only able to run about 2 miles, but by today I think I’m ready to run again. The service was responsive and informative. This specialty store has a moderate selection of shoes and running gear, and it’s located in the heart of downtown Spokane.
