Does not guarantee fit. My son wore his shoes to school once. Got huge blisters on the back of his feet because his heel wasn’t secure. I took them back to have the guy look at me and say «I can’t resell this» and offer to soften the back of the heel instead. Not exactly a guarantee. I live a bit out of town so getting downtown is a pain. I want to support local businesses, but if they want us to go out of their way to do it, they have to give the customer service that makes it worth while.

Doesn’t get any better than this shoe store for kids. The staff is so helpful and friendly and they carry nice shoes. They want to get an excellent fit on your child’s foot, so they go the extra mile.
