Favorite ramen place even though I’m from Seattle. Even better than ramen places in LA. Chicken teriyaki lowkey amazing. Nice atmosphere, great for a date.

Nudo is a no-nonsense, down to business ramen joint with a modern, elegant feel. If you’re a ramen fan, you will enjoy the abundant ramen options on their extensive menu. If you’re new to ramen, this is a great place to explore the wide world of ramen. The cha siu bao is(pork in a traditional flatbread bun), no question, the BEST I have ever had, and I’ve been around the block. Please do yourself a favor and go for the cha siu bao. It is a serious gourmet take on an old classic. Shout out to the incredibly sweet waitress who went above and beyond to make our experience grand. I didn’t get her name unfortunately, but she worked the evening shift on June 24th and was exceptional. Gratitude for the spectacular experience. We will be back and we’ll be sure to tell all our friends!

The sea bass was great, I enjoyed it, glad found this place through Unilocal,we also ordered wonton and the char Sao bao, I would come back It’s weird how they have the sea bass on appetizer for $ 16? If they made it onto the entrée that would have been nice and with a higher price and bigger portion

Very disappointed in the thin stringy meat choice for guidon rice bowl and the dinner portion was very small for $ 12. Very far from authentic Japanese food.

Love the soup, I was never a big fan of Ramen, but the way they put it together makes it amazing. The Tan Tan mien was Spicy, with lots of seasonings, the chicken was very flavorful. Ive been back several times since then w/my wife and friends. The soup is especially fantastic on rainy/cold days. I still need to try the ramen burger.

Amazing, really good ramen style noodles. Large servings and spiced up right. Reasonable priced. Can’t wait to go back

After watching too many episodes of animé where the main characters scarf down ramen, we wanted to see if Spokane had any delicious options. We were happy to see that Nudo existed and had such amazing reviews! We headed over. It’s a Sunday, so street parking was plentiful and free. We were one of 3 tables. We ordered our drinks(plum wine and sake) and ramen(miso) and eagerly awaited our meals. The ramen was amazing! Everything I had hoped for and more. The broth was so good! It also came out really quickly. The sake was what I expected, although I definitely should have gotten some of that yummy plum wine instead. Our waitress came to our table probably a total of 3 times, but it was enough. We didn’t need much so it was totally fine. Our bill was $ 32 before tip for two amazingly filling meals and drinks. I can definitely see this being one of our staple restaurants in the future!

In town visiting, so my friend suggested a good place for dinner for Ramen. They had a variety of different Ramens, rice bowls, apps, and noodles. I was going to get the Miso, but then the Chow Mein with chicken really sounded good. We got an order of the calamari for an app, it was a good flavor and came with a spicy sauce, lightly breaded and fried, and the right amount for 2 people. I got my main dish and everything was done great. More than enough food, good amount of veggies, chicken, and noodle. The flavors were fantastic and not bland. I really enjoyed it and couldn’t finish it all! It’s a cool setting with an open garage door, bathrooms were clean, waitress and staff were friendly. Definitely give this place a try!

Great broth and pork! Slightly low portion on the ramen noodles though. The pork is BBQy and tastes great with the perfect amount of fat and flavor. The broth was great and so was the egg and toppings they put in the soup. The amount of noodles was not sufficient for me though and I would have preferred a little more broth but overall I enjoyed the soup very much and would return.

Gyozas: Fried with delicious viniagrette $ 6. Wish the portion was bigger but I am not in China anymore. Plum wine of course is worth trying and enjoying. Gorgeous modern atmosphere. Pan fried string beans for $ 7 provide a huge portion and huge flavor! I ate the whole thing by myself. We went with yaikotori skewers for the kiddo– chicken, lamb, zuchinni.

All I can say is WOW! Nudi has not disappointed. This was my 2nd visit here with 2014 being my first. Great improvement to the taste. Being a native of Hawaii, my daughter and I tend to crave ramen. In 2014, this place was so blech that I swore never to return. My son convinced me that with his recent visit, the food was of superb quality. My daughter and I hesitatingly returned. My oh my, such deliciousness, lunch combo of miso ramen and pan fried gyoza for $ 8.00. The slice of pork was flavorful and tender. Noodles yielded just the right amount of chewy and soft. Broth was yummy rich and I am making myself hungry. I promise to return.

This is my second visit and will probably be my last because my niece graduated from a university nearby. I doubt we’ll be back to Spokane. Anyways, first visit we had the tan tan ramen. Their version is a tad over spicy, but it’s still really good. They use chicken in their version — not the ground beef most ramen places use. Noodles are perfectly cooked. We were a couple and were seated with the community table. Ambience is a bit hipsterish, but we were there for the food. Second visit, we had the same but included the ramen burger. The burger patty was perfectly cooked medium rare. This is a type of burger that requires a knife and fork. It’s a bit too hot to handle to eat with your hands. It was served with a side of edamame and a teriyaki-like sauce to dip your burger. This burger was awesome.

If you’re craving ramen, this is the place to go. Do NOT look any further, this is where you should go. The prices are great for the quality and quantity of food given. The interior AND music played in this restaurant is on point. It’s wonderful! It reminds me of the restaurant in Kill Bill — «Crazy 88 Motorcycle Gang» scene. More importantly, the ramen is one of the BEST in Spokane. I wouldn’t order the lunch portion if I were you because you’ll definitely want more. The full portion is the perfect size. I’ll be going back to try the other ramen SOON.

This place is a cute spot with some delicious ramen! The service is spot on and the pop art décor is great! I had the spicy miso ramen. It was as amazing as I had hoped it would be. It made my ramen loving heart happy. And the meal was only $ 9! Good price and good food.

They’re putting a twist on things, from a punny name to the pop-art décor to the baller menu. Came here on a Friday near closing time with some friends. I had the ramen cheeseburger. Suuuper heavy, but damn delicious. If you have never had a ramen burger you’re doing yourself a disservice, and this is a great place to start. I probably could have done without the cheese though, it was so alien to have cheese with any sort of Asian food. The burger came with tonkatsu sauce for dipping, which added some tang to cut through the heaviness. I sampled some of my friends’ foods as well. The cold summer noodles were fantastic, a lot of sesame flavor. The tonkatsu ramen was solid, not the best I’d ever had but it will definitely scratch the itch if you’re craving ramen.

Yes! Spokane finally got a real ramen shop~! So, Nudo is pretty good. It can mature a little bit into the flavors if it wants to earn that fifth star. The noodles have a good texture. The tonkotsu is good, but not great. It is lacking both richness and umami. However, This place excels at their spicy ramens. The spicy miso is really good. The spicy beef tastes very clean, so if you are looking for a heavier soup stick to the spicy miso. The real winning ingredient at Nudo is their chashu. It is so freaking good. It is melt in your mouth tender and fatty, but they grill it to give the skin a charbroiled crispy texture too! They need to improve on their broth. Broth is the heart and soul of ramen, and it just won’t be great until they find that richness. Also, they are lacking in soft boiled eggs. You’ll get a chalky hard boiled egg with your soup, so Nudo is more akin to the 500 yen shops around Tokyo. Their appetizers were wonderful, a tasty treat in the style of a Japanese/American fusion. I haven’t had their Ramen burger, but I can’t bring myself to order it when there is real ramen available. I really hope they work on developing some soft boiled eggs and enhance their broths. This place has a lot of potential!

When I was visiting Spokane earlier this month I was excited to see that a ramen spot was just a few blocks away from my hotel. After wrapping up work one night I headed over to try out the ramen and a few apps. I wish I hadn’t. While the service was fine, and the vibe of the restaurant was modern and hip, the food was mediocre, at best. I had the ‘raw’ salmon appetizer and the chasu spicy broth ramen, and neither was very good. For starters, the salmon appetizer ended up being essentially a filet of salmon that was lightly seared and spiced. As someone who adores any type of sashimi, this was a let down as I essentially felt like I was eating a salmon filet that I could pick up from the supermarket. Similarly, the ramen was watery and not very flavorful. The chasu itself was fatty and flavorless. Overall I wish I had done my homework and checked out one of the many other dining options in the area.

Ramen broth isn’t bad. However everything else is lacking. The noodles were a little overdone and not of the best texture. It also comes with carrots and beansprouts… I got mines without. I went during lunch and got the lunch portion. 8 bucks for a small appetizer and a small bowl of ramen. I got steamed gyoza which was nothing to write about. I also got a crisp salt and basil chicken. It’s alright. No basil flavor. Curry flavor is strong. Normally it’s not too bad if there is basil in there too. I believe they ae trying to imitate the Taiwanese basil chicken and once again, came up lacking. I got the mushroom yakitori too. They use oyster mushrooms, my hopes were high but alas, disappointment. They came out barely grilled and cold. But it was only 2 dollars. My daughter enjoyed her rice with the tonkotsu broth though so that’s good. The place is right across from the historic davenport hotel so it was nice and close for me.

In my world, ramen is a food group… and no, I am not a struggling college student nor am I talking about nuking the 25-cent ramen pack in the microwave with cheese. It is my comfort food, go-to late night meal, and too-much-fun-the-night-before cure. So, after a blustery morning walk around Manito Park, the thought of a hot bowl of spicy noodles was definitely in order. Obviously, we set our«expectations bar» at the appropriate level, since it’s Spokane, WA and not Shinjuku. Started off with an order of Shishito Peppers($ 3) which were tasty, but not off-the-charts awesome. The Shacha green beans, however, were delicious! I ordered the Spicy Miso($ 9) and my dining companions opted for the Tempura Udon($ 9) and the Tan Tan Men(Spicy)($ 10). Of course I tasted all of the options and, overall, it was a-okay.
