Haven’t even had dinner yet the bar is DISGUSTING! Do you not wipe it off? Very questionable… can we even remotely trust dinner?! And for the price we just paid for 2 drinks, I don’t think it’s expecting too much for the bar top to be clean!!! We told someone and they still have not even wiped the bar!!!

I am utterly disappointed with the food here. Last week I ordered the prawn lo mein and it was just not good. I the noodles seemed a bit thin and the whole dish was flavorless. I thought this might have been an off night for them so I called for a to-go again tonight. I ordered some crab wontons, pork dumplings and I thought I had ordered pork fried rice. When I got home I opened the bag and realized I had received the dumplings and the wontons, but instead of the rice I got some sort of lo mein. No pork, no chicken, no prawns were in this dish. The noodles were so gelatinous that they stuck together in a huge glob that came out in one whole piece. No flavor, there wasn’t even any vegetables with the noodles. Disgusting and inedible. Both of the sauces that came with the dumplings and the wontons had spilled out of the to-go ramekin that they were placed in. The wontons were flavorless and burned to a crisp and the dumplings were gooey. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the girl at the door was very pleasant and polite. If you cannot provide consistency with your take-away food as you do with the food that you serve in your dining room… maybe you should not serve take out at all.

Came here for mothers day, there were six of us and we were greeted quickly and politely. Our appetizer and drinks came within 15 minutes. After we ordered our main course it took approximately an hour to come out, and we watched as others came in got their appetizers and main course before us.

Forth time I have had dinner here at P.F. Changes in Spokane. I have always had excellent service here, warm and friendly servers, ours John, is exceptional. He is attentive and notices when I need soOnly once was the wait longer, but it was very busy and we got coupons. The food really is good. I have tried many different items on the menu and each one has had been so tasty, for example the Mongolian beef is one of my favorites because the flavor is unique and doesn’t compare to other Mongolian beef. The rice is always cooked just right, and fluffy. The only thing that might be a drawback is the deserts. The bananas egg roll is the only really good desert, the rest are not so great, the chocolate cake is awful, which tastes like a thawed frozen cake. Overall I definitely enjoy the dinners here.

I have been to this PF Chang’s for years now and every time the quality of the food seems to decrease. They have a really nice bar with limited seating with many options of liquor and beers on tap. The happy hour specials are a really great deal if you are looking to save a few bucks on drinks and food. I recommend the Mongolian beef, lettuce wraps and hot and sour soup which is always a delicious meal. The customer service tends to be a bit slow if the place is busy. The last time I was there I ordered the pepper beef and the dish came out with under cooked vegetables and raw onions. This experienced changed my rating from a 4 star to a 3 star due to a meal being delivered that would not meet any restaurant standards.

Been coming to this place since it opened, treated right with quick service, however the last year the place has become poorly managed. Slow service coupled with poor customer service has made me think twice. After a long drive from home, felt like walking here from the hotel and grabbing a nice plate of Kung Pao, however after being sitting right away 7 minutes went by, with multiple wait staff walking by, no acknowledgement or water. Told myself if the waiter comes out again and doesn’t notice me then I’m leaving, sure enough two people walk my way but passed on by. Enough, heading across the street to Red Robin. Don’t expect to see P.F. Change here for much longer, the poor service is evident with the lack of patrons.

Smaller location. With way too many greeter and seater but not enough servers. USUALLY honey chicken is to die for but I had to see it back because it was so dry that I could hardly choke it down. Must have been under a heat lamp too long. No apologies, complimentary drink… nada. so I waited 10 minutes while the rest of my party ate. Do people lack common? Courtesy as well as common sense when it come to customer servic? Thumbs down. spokane is a PF Chang worth missing . Let the chinese do chinese and Americans should try to stay away from running these American versions of Chinese food.

How I heard of this place: My husband’s work brings him to Spokane a couple(or more) times each year, and this particular location is easily accessible to his office. I walk by it regularly, but it took the recommendation(and invitation) of his colleagues for us to enter its doors. Type of cuisine: I deem P.F. Chang’s an American take on Americanized Chinese food, a couple of steps up from a grocery store Chinese deli. P.F. Chang’s, however, says, «Our story begins with the unlikely venture of co-founder Philip Chiang into the culinary world. With his mother’s authentic recipes as the inspiration, he teamed up with restaurateur Paul Fleming to create, to their own surprise, a Chinese food phenomenon.» I, among them, «Many guests don’t realize that P.F. Chang’s has a scratch kitchen… We hire chefs, not kitchen managers. Even the simplest tasks, like julienning carrots, are done with passion. The pinches and folds in the dim sum must be perfect.» Ambiance: «As we look at Asia, the opportunities to take our guests on a journey is in front of us. The intersection of history and food & culture across Asia is going to continue to be part of the menu at P. F. Chang’s.» Grand. Opulent. Dark. What I ordered: To start, we had an order of Chang’s Lettuce Wraps($ 9.50): their most popular appetizer, served with crisp lettuce cups and signature sauce, wok-seared chicken, mushrooms, green onion and water chestnuts over crispy rice sticks, and Chang’s Spare Ribs($ 10.95): six slow-braised pork ribs, wok-seared with a tangy Asian barbecue sauce. My husband and I shared two entrées, the Korean BBQ Chicken Stir-Fry($ 14.50): stir fried with red peppers, onion and green beans in a sweet chili sauce, topped with a cool kimchi slaw, and the Mongolian Beef($ 16.95): sweet-soy-glazed sliced flank steak wok-seared with scallions and garlic. The other two in our party selected the Cantonese-Style Lemon Chicken($ 17.50) off of the Gluten-Free Menu: lightly crisped chicken breast filets drizzled with warm lemon sauce, topped with chilled broccolini, and the Sesame Chicken($ 10.50), wok-seared in sesame sauce with broccoli, red bell peppers and onion. What I loved: The BBQ Ribs, followed closely by the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Why I loved it: An easy walk from office to lunch in the rain, close proximity to shopping and downtown amenities. The staff and servers were also friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure sensitivity in relation to the allergies present in our party. Cost: High($ 15-$ 20 per lunch entrée)

I love their new«delightful dishes» menu! Everything is under 600 calories, including the Apple Chai Cobbler. I ordered the Hong Kong Style Sea Bass with brown rice and every bite was fantastic. Can’t wait to try more from this menu. This location is also great about takeout. Order online, and schedule pickup at a certain time and it is always ready for you when you get there.

Excellent service, beautiful interior, and most importantly delicious food. I had Chang’s spicy chicken and the sauce was flavorful and not too spicy so its enjoyable for sure. Great rice alongside the meal and it was wonderful mixing it with the sauce after I finished off the chicken.

I love the atmosphere there. The Mongolian beef is fantastic and I love that they have dairy free options because my son is allergic to it. They have always been very kind. The four star is because they get really busy so the service can be a bit slow some times.

There was a 2 hour wait for a table of three. Ordered three dishes. 1 everything overdone(mush noodles and crispy dry chicken), 1 meat done and raw vegetables, last dish barely covered half the plate. Waiter was slow and had too many other priorities. For the money you spend here I was not pleased at all.

It has been several years since I last visited a PF Chang(Salt Lake City). I knew it would disappoint but i’m shocked by the total disappointment. Hollow, meaningless service that left used dishes on the table, failed to understand that everyone wanted water, was totally focused on the tip and failed to realize that we were humans, not just a number. PF Chang might have led the upscale chinese food movement with a bistro feel… but now it just feels generic. We had trouble finding anything worthwhile on the menu, especially knowing that everything was fried or nasty. The food was total generic sugar sauce chinese. Mostly fried and if it was not fried it was loaded with sweet. Sichuan Beef was overcook and poorly blended with uncooked vegetables. The beef with Broccoli was generic and had zero garlic flavor. I will do just about anything to prevent a return visit. I knew it would be a disappointment going in but would beg guests to go to Gordy’s Sichuan or Peking North as an alternative.

«Not Quite as Good as other PF Chang’s « My wife and I visited the PF Chang’s in Spokane Washington last week and had an OK experience. The Service we received from Matt our server was excellent. He was very nice and checked in on us many times, to make sure we had everything we needed. But the food did not quite have the same taste as in does in San Diego, at the PF Chang’s at the Fashion Valley Mall. I had my usual Sesame Chicken and it was good, but not the best, the sauce just lacked a little flavor. My wife had the Honey Crisp Chicken, which again was just Ok. Paul Carlson the Operating Partner should check with the Chefs to make sure they are doing everything to get the PF Chang’s meals up to par on taste, with the other PF Chang’s Restaurants.

Dinner was great. If you are staying at any of the Davenport collection of hotels in downtown Spokane, you are near here. Try it, you’ll love it!

FOODPOISONING!!! We went to PF Changs to celebrate our wedding anniversary. PF Changs served me a rotten lime, I was projectile vomitting within 15 minutes for over an hour(very sexy) When I registered my concerns with their corporate office I was told«no one else has complained» and«we rotate our stock several times a day». Apparently NOT!

Eww! I normally like PF Chang’s but the food at this one came out disgusting. I ordered three small plates and only one was edible. Yikes: Dynamite Shrimp: It was completely mushy. No exaggeration, the shrimp were mushier than mashed potatoes! Lobster Tacos: Super greasy and the lobster did not taste like lobster. I honestly don’t know what it was. Edible: The steamed pork dumplings I am only giving this place two stars because my to-go order was ready on time and the girl working the to-go counter was nice.

Maybe I’m not a fan of «fusion» cuisine or I’ve just not have eaten decent fusion that impresses me. The service every time I come here is great, everyone is friendly and if the waitstaff make a mistake they immediately remedy the situation. Last time I went we ordered the lettuce wraps and the waiter completely forgot to write it up, so when we reminded them about it they wrote it off our ticket and provided it for free. A+ policy. The reason why I am giving this place only 3 stars for such good service? The food. It doesn’t «wow» me. The menu also seems limited to me and each time I go I can never quite find something I truly want to eat, so I pick at near random. I am not a picky eater by any means. Each dish I have tried has not been really speculator either, many of the dishes seem easy to make at home. Eating here is a really forgettable experience. Not a bad place to eat, but not somewhere I would take someone out on a date.

My wife’s favorite place. I came to find out there’s been a couple of changes! The hard copy menu itself is different, a few«fresh seasonal» selections, which I was told is something they are aiming for. The soy, vinegar, and siracha-thing are no more… Unless you ask for them. Now they don’t assume to give it to you because you’ll eat it. They’ll dish it out of you ask. check my Unilocal for the plates we ordered, both very tasty. Just one complaint. Too salty for my taste. The Korean BBQ chicken in particular a bit too salty. Tip: their soy sauce goes along way in flavor, you’ve been warned don’t use a lot or your rice will be too salty! Great waiter.
