I found a great toy here for a one year old boy, a blue racing car that is super cute and made from recyclables and BPA free, its from the greentoy company. They also had pink and red racing cars too! We looked around the store and they had a large selection of adult and child and some baby items as well. There were some musical instruments and stereo systems too. An unusual mix of items and worth a browse if you are in the area.

Perusing the neighborhood after breakfast at Madeline’s and came upon Wollnick’s. I had seen their storefront before last summer in Perry district but had never actually been inside the store. One side of the store is focused on all the things you never knew you needed for a baby. Some pretty cool toys like mini ukuleles, modern building blocks, and fancy fake food for play kitchens. Also organic cloth diapers, bamboo burp rags, and ergonomic baby carriers. The other side of the store has things for the home like a nespresso machine(which I think you can demo), blendtecs, and turntables. Cool store to look around in but probably not a place I would regularly make purchases at, would come here if I was looking for a gift for someone. It’s things you don’t need but are fun to have but you probably would not buy for yourself. Things seem on the pricier side, although they do price-match with Amazon which is great.

First time into this store and love the way it’s setup. They focus on quality products and no pressure sales(at least that was my experience). Discovered that they moved to this new location about 3 months ago from the Perry District. If you’re worried about pricing… Wollnick’s price matches with Amazon! I gave 4 stars since we weren’t greeted when we first walked in… my wife and I were the only ones in at the time.
