Ordinarily I’m not about writing bad reviews because I want to give the business the benefit of the doubt. After a lengthy waiting period for any sort of response, that benefit has now passed. My wife contacted Amazing Glaze a few weeks ago since the work that was done less than 2 years ago started to chip. Since our infant uses the tub, I didn’t want him to ingest any of the glaze. Eventually we got a call back and scheduled an appointment for 19 Jan 2016. As one can bet by this review, he never showed and never called. I waited a day before calling to again give him some time to reply. Nothing. I left a message and sent an email. Still no reply. A week after he was scheduled to inspect our tub we haven’t heard anything. At least Comcast replies with a fake apology! I can’t recommend a service or business that’s comparable to Comcast so I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

My tub is an original installed in 1938. High quality, much more durable than the more delicate tubs you find today. But badly stained after over 70 years of constant use. After Amazing Glaze was done with it, you would swear it was brand new. Very pleased!
