Prices are way too high. Poor customer service that has a used car salesman feel to it.
It felt like they were only interested in getting as much of my money as they could. I went to a competitor to make my purchase and am so glad I did.

I’m going to say «ditto» to the reviews below. It doesn’t look like much from the front but go inside… holy cow. It’s like the TARDIS from Doctor Who. Tiny little inconspicuous exterior, completely magical interior. Great staff, awesome store, good selection, great prices… there’s nothing missing.

I don’t usually rate retail outlets, but I was really impressed by this place. I went here just to buy strings. I drive by this place at least once a week and from the outside, I’ve always thought man that place probably is a dump. I was totally wrong.
This place is well organized, and well run by some of the most friendly and helpful (mind you I was only buying strings) people I’ve ever met at a music equipment store. (as compared to those snob-​like long haired rockers at other places I’ve been).
They have a pretty typical selection of guitars, mostly Ibanez. Down in the basement they have a sound studio where you can try out guitars. If you’re in the area and need gear, this is definitely the place to go.
