We contracted to have the AV GUYS install the rack for our new wall-​mounted television through Amazon when we purchased the TV. When they came in they offered to run the wires behind the wall, which we had not thought to do, and they did a nice, clean job, and it looks great. They had one glitch which they immediately took responsibility for and remedied immediately. They were friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. I will definitely hire them again if we have any AV needs, and I highly recommend them.
