Pancho’s Place

This is my approved Mexican restaurant for Spring Hill. I’ve ate here since this place was located next to the hotel and I still go back atleast once a month or more. Panchos Place has been consistently good each time I’ve ate here and I would recommend it to any fan of the cuisine.
The biggest perk for me here is the seating, they could maximize their seating and offer more but they don’t pack their consumers in like other restaurants in the nearby vicinity. In a town that has more than 8 different Mexican restaurants it can be hard to find one you like, especially since all of them offer the same range of Americanized Mexican food and Spanish speaking employees. How can you judge them apart from the other and claim a winner? The answer is consistency. I have never had a meal here that has tasted any different in ten years. So if you average it out, out of 120 meals (counting if I ate here once a month and not more) they have ALL been great. No matter if I order chimichangas, enchiladas or fajitas. It is always identical to the first time.
Next would be service, which again has been great for over ten years. They’ve never been rude, inconsiderate or absent, if I need a drink they’ve already brought out another. If my wife and I are low on chips, here comes more out the door. The owners and managers know me, which is a major plus, they know I’ll go through two drinks or that I don’t like guacamole. They know my wife despises sour cream (crazy right?).
And finally, the atmosphere is great. Not only is the seating perfect even on a Friday night when the house is packed, I don’t ever feel like I’m sandwiched in to make space. Thursday’s are a blast for live music from Too Country 4 Nashville with all the «old country» music you could want.
If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, you’re in the wrong time zone or locale. If you looking for an overcrowded restaurant with 30 – 45 minute wait times, I can point you in the right direction. But if you want consistency in every meal, waiters that recognize you and loyalty beyond belief, look no further than Panchos Place.

Never been disappointed with the food or the service. They are very accommodating to specials requests and they have done a great job with all of their menu. They are number one Mexican in spring hill for a reason. I have tried their fajitas on many occasions and am never disappointed.

Terrible service, hope your not needy, one trip to the table, never coming back. Server was very short and rude, never came back to the table after our order.

Very average food but ok. Service could be a little better. Nice outdoor eating area that’s covered. Will go back.
