Bayport Park is 7 acre area on the Gulf of Mexico that was expanded and renovated in recent years. It includes two boat ramps, a boardwalk, picnic tables, grills, restrooms and parking area for cars and boat trailers. The area offers fishing, crabbing, bird and wildlife watching, picnicking, and photography opportunities overlooking salt marshes and cabbage palm islands. There is a canoe/kayak launch area.
