Everytime we go they either get your order wrong or they do not have what you want and we only go like 3 time a year. This time they had a broken oven so no baked chicken and they could not put together an order for 3 with out leaving 3 items out. Customer Service has lot to be desired. The KFC Web site also make no sense, all you can do is find the nearest store. Between the SH store and the creepy ads I’m pretty sure that was my last trip there.

The Colonel doesn’t change no matter if you’re in Tennessee or Ohio. One of my favorite places for fast food chicken but the reason this restaurant is better than most is because of the buffet!
Ever wanted another scoop of mashed potatoes? Or one more biscuit only to find out they’re all gone? Come to the Spring Hill location and enjoy an endless supply of KFC fixings, chicken (all types) and biscuits for Lunch. The only drawback is you have to ask for mac and cheese at the counter.
I’ve ordered multiple times at the drive thru and have yet to have an order come up short or messed up. The service is great and the food has been consistent. The wait time can reach twenty minutes if you have multiple people in front of you, so try to get there before the rush.
