Murphy’s Market

In the last few years Murphy’s has become one of my must-​visit places in Spring Hill. When visiting family I only want to feed them the best, and I get so inspired when I walk in the door of Murphy’s. Small but has everything I need. The produce section reminds me of the farmer’s markets I visit at home and the prices are better than any of the supermarkets. The deli makes fantastic sandwiches and the butcher has some of the freshest and best cuts I’ve seen in the area. It can be a bit on the higher side but not unreasonable for quality and great service Since my last visit they’ve added a bulk good area with a lot of unexpected goodies, including several types of salt and sugar.
Don’t miss the refrigerated and frozen food areas, which have great Italian cheeses, meats, seafood, and pastas. All the NY /​NJ transplants in Spring Hill will be reminded of their favorite salumeria.

This is about the best you will find her in Spring Hill. It is no Brooklyn Salumeria. But it tries real hard. The meat dept. is great. I do not think you can find better anywhere The sausage could use a little help. The deli salads are pretty good but they could kick it up a bit. I like the produce and the prices are good. The staff is great except for one cashier what a grouch she has to be family and cannot be rid of. All in all I will go back. I like the store and the staff. One more thing there home made potato salad is the best.

This was a fun place that has everything you could ever want! Really enjoyed looking around at all of the stuff available. Produce prices were cheaper than Publix and just as fresh, I will definitely go back!

Love this store! They have great produce selections (including exotics) and the prices are lower than any other store in town. Check out their reduced price rack (items that are a little overly ripe) for great deals. Meat and cheeses are gorgeous, and the line at the deli is always long due to the yummy sandwiches. Employees are friendly and know their product.

Came from New York and used to get Stromboli from the Italian market on Arthur Avenue Bronx Came down four years ago was unable to find any ones that knew how to make Stromboli the right way until Murphys Market. Stromboli makes there’s just like the ones I used to get on Arthur Ave. Along with all the rest of their GOOD, HELPFUL & FRIENDLY staff. MURPHYS MARKET is the place to go for Meats, Cheese & Cold Cuts & Fresh vegetables. Thank You. George Coon

Real Italian cheeses and they actually have semolina Italian bread! Nice produce, plum tomatoes were super red! Small Italian product aisle.

I’ve been once and I loved it. I love the concept. Only complaint is outside of building makes it seem newer than inside looks.

This Market is so awesome! I Love that fresh produce is brought in multiple times per week! They update their website and I check it for specials! Hershey’s and Blue Bell Ice Cream is all I buy anymore. They have Bananas for like 60 cents a bunch and I know fresh zuccini and yellow squash is on sale from checkin their website often! Their Boars head Deli in the back is always hopping and we stop on the way to the beach or Pine island to get our picnic fixins and their fresh Italian pastry cookies brought in from a local bakery. This is no frills freshness. Local means supporting our farmers and local businesses which I love, but also more fresh food for us and our family! I Love Murphy’s !!!

Best Meat market in Spring Hill. Good prices, Great quality. Full service Meat market. They also have Produce and some light Groceries.

Give them a try next time your looking to have a BBQ. Better than Publix meats. And at a better price.
