After you have a gyro at Niki’s you will not find one better anywhere else. Try one here than try one in tarpon Springs. The Greek city of Florida. Niki’s 5 stars. Tarpon Springs 3 star

The food and staff are authentic. The Greek salad even has the Greek potato on the bottom. The gyro’s are always good. The tsasiki can be a little bit thick, but the flavor is always great. The hand cut fries are delicious when they aren’t out of them. The prices are very reasonable. No alcohol or beer, but you can bring your own. :) definitely worth the it.

We had high hopes because we just moved up here from Palm Harbor and we’re used to really good Tarpon Springs Greek food. Unfortunately, we were sadly disappointed. I don’t care about décor so I’ll leave that alone. The employee was friendly enough so no problem there. We ordered a bowl of soup, a piece of spanakopita, 2 chicken souvlaki & a kielbasa sandwich special. The bill was just under $ 40, which wouldn’t have been bad if the food was great. First the kielbasa sandwich was really small and tasteless. The spanakopita was a bit soggy but otherwise ok. The«bowl» of avgolemeno was a tiny cup and was edible but not worthy of a re-order. Our souvlaki turned out to actually be 2 gyros when we opened the bag at home, so we actually had to go back for those. They did readily replace them with their very average tasting chicken souvlaki. I was most irritated at having to pay $ 1.25 for the 2 Tbsp of tziziki sauce for the already overpriced spanakopita. Most places just give you some on the side. So, in summary, if you are ok with overpriced almost average Greek food, then you will be fine here. We, however, will just hold out till we have to make a run down to Tarpon.

Food is good but small portions and way overpriced. I only tried the gyros sandwich and fries. I want less fries more gyro meat. Would try more stuff on menu but too expensive. Being Greek and in the restaurant business all my life I know what it takes to make all the stuff and know what to charge. Too rich for my blood.

Stopped for lunch. Awesome gyro all homemade fresh and hot! Sausage and peppers smelled like the shore. If your from up north you know what I mean. Next time I’m having feta fries.

Very friendly people here. We ordered the $ 50 dinner for four. We were a bit disappointed with the serving sizes(small). The prices are high for the amount of food you receive. The quality of the gyros is good. They even tossed in two free ice cream treats. Unfortunately, because of the high price, we will most likely get our gyros somewhere else.

Very friendly people. Really care about their food. Had their gyro and it was very good. Best I have had since I was in Greece. I would definitely recommend it. Also had the fried zucchini and the home made tsatsiki(sp) it was also very good. The pita bread was also some of the best I have had since being in Greece.

The aesthetic is not the best, but the food is wonderful! We ordered the Greek chow mein special, which was delish and the portion size was perfect. The chicken tzaziki which was wonderful and a bit messy. The chicken fingers were classic prepackaged. Fries were hand cut, stringy and perfectly seasoned. Cookies and baklava were also yummy. Overall very yummy!

Right down the road, my boyfriend decided to surprise me with Baklava Cheesecake after a bad day. So glad he did! We are here at least twice a week. First time I ever had a gyro and, as someone who does not like cucumber, was completely surprised by the deliciousness. Cheesecake Baklava is to die for, hummus and pita chips are so fresh and delicious. Every time we go the food is great, especially the crisp fries, and the people are even better. The folks here took the time to know us by name and are always asking us how we are. Love coming by here. Would recommend to anyone looking for some yummy food. :)

The Gyro here is the Best!(I had Lamb!) some may think that Niki’s is pricey, but you get what you pay for! They do not skimp on the portions,. you won’t be disappointed in any way, shape or form. I will always keep Niki’s on my ‘Eating Out To Do’ list!

Very good Gyros(regular and chicken souflaki), on the small size and a bit costly. Dolmades were not home made at all and meatless(not the usual Greek style at all). Potatoes were ok. Owner very friendly. Order your tzizisaki sauce on the side otherwise it’s a big mess. Would be nice if there was a piece of feta cheese on the gyros to make up for the high price !

My husband and I moved to Tampa in December 2013 and have been searching high and low for a Greek place nearby. Every time we try somewhere new we sigh and say that it just doesn’t compare to Niki’s. We actually even drove to Spring Hill just to eat at Niki’s. When we lived in Spring Hill Niki’s was less than a 5 minute drive from our house and I miss that. It’s still do-able at an hour drive and we plan on making the trip again soon. Yes, their food is worth the hour drive there and hour drive back. I really miss Niki’s!

After several trips to this wonderful little mom and pop shop I felt the need to give them the credit they deserve. A consistent, delicious, well priced meal that is always fresh and made to order in a matter of minutes. Fries are crispy and they clearly change the fryer oil frequently. The pita bread has always been fresh. Hummus and pita chips are delicious. I must say I am partial to chicken but the owners had no objection to letting my girlfriend sample a few types of meats with their fantastic taziki sauce. I’ve been here several times now and I fully expect to make this a regular lunch stop for one of the best gyros I’ve ever had.

The gyro, the spanikopita, dolmades, baklava cheesecake… Amazing! And also the best fries this side of the Mississippi!

My fiancé and I decided to try this place as we were heading to the Vet’s to pick up dog food. We placed our order, went to the Vet’s, and came back and the moment my fiancé got out of his car, the person came out and provided curbside service by handing us our food. Once we got back to his grandparents to have lunch, we were pleased with our meal. It was rather massive, the pita was warm and the meat was very tender and juicy. The tzatziki sauce went well and the onions and tomatoes were fresh. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t want to make the trip to Tarpon Springs for authentic Greek fare. In addition, my fiancé is part Greek, so he knows his Gyros!

Their sign says, «Stop here for the best gyro you’ve ever had in your life!» And – NOJOKE – it is the absolute best! I was SO impressed. Very friendly and fast. Small and privately owned. $ 6.99 for the best gyro ever!

The food was great and the service was good! Not a huge fan on lamb so I ordered the Spanakopita, Lemon and Chicken Soup, and Dolmades. Delicious! Posted a picture of the three…

I went to Niki’s Gyromania last week for some lunch, hadn’t been there in a while and wanted to stop in again. I’m definitely glad I did. I had the gyro with a side of fries. I honestly had forgotten how good this gyro was. I had the Greek City one recently, and for me this one blows it out the water. The meat is tastier, and you get more of it in my opinion and the fries are cooked to perfection. They have some interesting specials that I look forward to trying too in the near future. All in all, very impressed and wish that I hadn’t left it so long.
