Pizza Hut

Great! I’m new to the area, saw this Pizza Hut as I drove by to our new home, needed to eat after 24 hours of traveling, ordered my pizza, I was Told it would be ready in 15 minuets, I was there in 12 minuets, my name was called as i walked in, they opened the box to show me my order to make sure it was right, it was, they thanked me as I paid. This Pizza Hut was very courteous and professional the best I’ve been to, the pizza was great too, thanks I’ll be back.

I decided to order a pizza while at work Friday, and was going to pick it up on my lunch. They guy on the phone said 15 minutes. I get there and there’s no record of my order at all; name, phone number or pizza. After waiting several minutes of them trying the order. They asked if I wanted to place it again. I was on my lunch and had no time to wait. Today I finally had a moment to call and talk to a manager. Who was no help at all and said he couldn’t help unless there was an order placed. What the f@&&@! I did place an order but some dummy did it wrong. Never going back. Will be going to Guidos for now on.

I received a $ 10.00 Coupon code from Pizza Hut Via Survey I completed for their service…, which I believe I rated them five stars for the taste and quality of the Pizza.
I attempted to use said coupon in the time before expiration. I ordered a pizza at $ 11.00 and order of Chicken wings and extra cheese on the pizza totaling Sub total $ 20.47. There is No place anywhere on the coupon stipulating any kind of restrictions. After completing my order online, and using the coupon provided to me by Pizza Hut, it was rejected. I called the Commercial way store and was assisted by the manager. He was very short with me and seemed evasive to my order. He stated that I was already getting a discount by ordering the anytime $ 11. pizza and by using the coupon I was double dipping discounts. No where does it say that the a $ 11. Pizza is a discounted pizza nor does it stipulate anything on the coupon as to this. Sooooo, to make a long story short. Don’t fill out any Pizza Hut surveys and try and use their $ 10 off Coupon because it is worthless.
I wish I would have written the managers name down but he was working the afternoon of this date. 05/​12/​2015. So to the Pizza Hut higher ups. Don’t send out Coupons to loyal (Prior loyal) customers if you don’t want them to use them. I am now a Papa Johns Pizza Customer. What ever happened to the customer is always right.

This is one of the nicest Pizza Huts I have ever been it. It was very clean and the staff was very nice!!! Went with a friend and enjoyed a pizza together. I am not a fan of chain pizza joints but I have to admit Pizza Hut is one of my favorites. It was not always. I think they changed their sauce at some point!!!
