Sonic Drive Inn

I pulled in about 9:35 PM. After looking at the menu for 2 or 3 minutes I decided on a chili dog combo.
I pushed the call button and «P*****p» asked me for my order, I told him what I wanted, and IT WAS AT THAT TIME HE TOLD ME «SORRY, OUR KITCHEN IS CLOSED!»
I asked «What time do you close?», P*****p said «10 PM», it was now about 9:40. I said «You’re a restaurant and you’re NOT serving food?»…“so you’re closed.“
P*****p said «We’re ONLY serving drinks now, all of the equipment is shut-​off.»
I said «Thanks a lot” —
I left and drove just a little further down the road to Hardees’ and got one of their chili dog combos– and it was pretty good!
And the employees at Hardees’ were nice and friendly!

I sent the above to Sonic’s corp. website approx. 3 weeks ago with no response. I guess Sonic’s doesn’t care about their FORMER customers. I see a lot of closed-​down Sonic’s around Florida– I’m starting to understand why.

Wow, first time eating here and not at all what I expected. Customers were literally kicking garbage as they got out of their cars. They didn’t have what O ordered. The payment center wasn’t working. On top of that, the speaker for the poor family next to us was too loud and there was too much feedback on the speaker. When looking through the window, a sonic employee was texting. I guess I expected music to be playing and a fun experience, but this place is a dive.

Here for National Hot Dog Day and they are all out of Chili for the Chili Cheese Coneys. I have a car full of unhappy people.

Sunday 2:30 pm, rolled up to get a slush. Push the buzzer and the teen voice came back not with a «welcome to Sonic! How may I help you» by a stressed «we are not taking any orders right now we are too busy»
Will never return to this place.

Totally messed up my order and they don’t have a working number to call. This is the third time within 2 weeks.

Have a question. When one orders a number 4 it should come with fries and not sure excuses. In addition my burger was cold. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Slow service. Sloppy and mediocre drinks. Maybe they need more training on service and a good cleaning of grounds would help bring business to the location.

Do not eat here they are completely disgusting just found a genital hair in my daughter tots.

If you enjoy waiting an hour for 6 shakes then this is the place for you! The car hop was friendly but whoever was responsible for making the shakes was busy shaving llamas or something. I am only surmising this as no shakes were being made.

One of the friendliest Sonic’s in the region. I cant say the food is good or bad because no matter which Sonic I go to, the food quality is very very consistent.

It’s fast food, car hop style.

Baby I’m Back!!! Oh Yes They Are!!! Good old Sonic Drive In is open in Spring Hill again. I had a quick cheap dinner of chicken strip sandwich and burger and tater tots. Everything was great except for the tater tots which were lukewarm. The service was a little slow. Maybe that was due to the fact they are new. I would have given them 5 stars. Time will tell.
