Eh, have had better but it’s conveniently located so we’ll go when we’re desperate. It’s a hole in the wall, grungy, and a bit sticky but that’s where the good phở is located.

Phở soup vegetarian. Very tasty. Well done. Fresh ingredients. There was no one else in the restaurant. Good noodles.

The Phở here is amazing and really good at a low price. The Eggrolls are also mouthwatering and the service here was great. The first time i ate here, I was actually planning to go to the Chinese buffet right next to the place, but it was too packed and I discovered this amazing place. This is definitely a place to go with a group.

I have always been a fan of this place. It’s been my to-go place to eat for years now. It has never disappointed me. I usually just order the usual, the phở and eggrolls. It’s quiet and not crowded and that’s what I look for in restaurants.

Went in for lunch at 12:30. It was completely empty. I had the Phở Dac Biet, I think it’s a good indicator for any good Vietnamese restaurant. The phở was lukewarm and the noodles were barely blanched. The coffee was okay, but also lukewarm and the size was much smaller than other restaurants. Was an okay experience, but I think you could do better at other establishments

Was looking for phở north of the cites. And I found it by accident one day. Fell in love with their phở(could have 2⁄3 good sized bowls of it from my one order). THEYARENOWUNDERNEWMANAGEMENT I called in a pick up order and no one could understand what I was saying. I ended up having to go in to the restaurant and order. When I got home my oyster sauce and srirachi was missing, I called them to complain, and yet again no one could understand me. I went back to the restaurant to get the oyster sauce and srirachi, and yet again no one could understand me. The orders have since shrunk where I’m lucky if I can get a medium sized bowl of phở. I love phở but I think I’ll be finding a new place for it.

Looks like I have to find another restaurant to go to. My wife would not allow me to step in this place anymore after our last experience. The food does not appear to be that fresh anymore nor is the quality. Thanks a lot for the many years of great lunches and dinners.

Exactly so-so Restaurant… Not so great not so bad… Flavor is there but not quite balanced, we are basically talking about broth of soups!!! I think you eat there because of nothing else better around that area :) Enjoy and Have fun

Save your money. They have new owners and they changed the menu. Meats were dry. I mean so dry you could barely chew it. It was obvious that it was cooked days before and just barely warmed up. No more bubble tea and inattentive service. The two star goes for the eggroll and because the place was clean.

Keys lot was full and the strip mall next door had a big sign PHO. Naturally with our new CM, Jon, phở is on my mind. I got the spring roll app. and it was stuffed and loaded with delicious shrimp. The sauce was a peanut type, so you have to love them to enjoy this sauce, and I don’t. I’ll get a sweet and sour next time if they have it. I got P1, phở with well done brisket. I loved it and the beef was thin and tender. I’m not an expert on broth… yet, but I drank down the whole thing. A small bowl is huge, the large must be enormous. Service is quick, and they have a busy lunch crowd, They hit the trinity, good, cheap, and fast.

This place is below average for a restaurant. It tastes like the phở you make at home. I heard good things about this place, but it was a disappointment.

I love Tan-Pat Vietnamese Restaurant for their Phó! This is such a sweet family run business. I order the Phó here a few times a week. FLAVOR! This place is not fancy but it is reasonably priced, fast, friendly and soooo tasty!

I love it here, very cheap to go for appetizer, phở and another size of entrée and drink, I pay less than 30 $.

Spring rolls are outstanding! Grab a light appetizer… Phở is wonderful. But avoid the beef and potatoes. The potatoes were actually stir fried french fries!(wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes).

So here I am on my mission to find the best authentic phở in MN. Looked up Unilocal and saw a 4.5 star rating for Phở Tan Phat… I want to find out if this is true from an asian point of view I ordered P14 Phở — steak, tripe and tendons $ 7.25 for a large size. Flavor was ok, nothing extra special that i’ll crave and come back for… Served with asian basil, jalapenos & lime… No «extra herbs» mentioned by Douglas C. On his review… The soup came out hot but not boiling hot like it is suppose to be… Not hot enough to blanch the veggies that comes with it… The meat was not fresh, I could tell by the consistency and taste. It looked old and like its been boiled 20x or more… My son ordered Mango Milk Tea(comes with tapioca pearls) it was very sweet and was artificially flavored… I ordered their«house SPECIAL fried rice» to go… $ 8.00 for a mediocre fried rice… It tasted like the fried rice you can make at home… Nothing«special» like they claim it!(Posted a picture if you want to check it out) And lastly, condiments are expired! I came and visit 5÷21÷2013 and the sriracha was dated 03÷2009… And the rest of the condiments looks dirty and old :(felt like throwing up after seeing all of this! The place looks dirty as well… Check out the pics)

I had Egg Rolls and Phở Tai. The Egg Rolls were fine. Nothing special and a little on the small side. The Phở was very good(also a little small). The soup was a little bland and it didn’t have much meat. The little meat it had was great. The best suburban Phở I’ve ever had.

One of my most favorite Asian restaurants. They have Phở and Bun that are fantastic… But they also have great Ginger Chicken with rice and fresh vegetables. Their fresh spring rolls(the kind that are served cold) are out of this world!!!

The phở was not as flavorful as I like. I almost prefer the Phở at the little Asian market and deli next to phở tan phat. The noodles were perfect both times I’ve eaten here, and the eggs rolls were decent. The meat looked and tasted fresh. I found the oyster wings a bit unappealing with the thick tempura like batter. All in all, not bad. Kick up the flavor profile of the Phở and I won’t have to drive elsewhere.

Extensive menu of Phở. Broth was outstanding and the accompanying herbs included items I have not normally seen on Eat Street.
