We discovered this great little family owned shop about a year ago. I am not a big fan of NewYork style pizza. That being said I am a huge fan of the nice selection of hot sandwiches that are offered. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone i know. P. S. I have had the pizza and it has a excellent flavor. I am just a mid western guy who grew up on thick crust.

Every time I have a craving for a NY Slice Pizza I go straight here! The wait could be a little much but I recommend calling ahead or if staying to eat get you a salad or some garlic knots while you wait. The staff is very friendly. Not a fancy spot but perfect for a delicious Pizza.

It just doesn’t get any better. Tried the one on Ramsey and will not go back. This place now called Tim’s Place was awesome!!! Great deal on slices and huge!!!

Took too long and cost too much for the quality. I’d rather go to little caesars for bang for the buck. If you go, call ahead to save time.

Not terrible, but not a place I’m willing to return. First time here. Ordered a large special pizza(has mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, beef, onions, black olives, jalapeños, pineapple, and bacon), a salad(which had ham, pepporocini, green olives, a piece of salami and cheese), and a cannoli. Cons — Crust is way too thin! Dudes, hubby and I kept bending forward to catch our pizza slices with our mouths. Pro– pizza had a decent amount of toppings. Con– can’t catch your food, which isn’t what’s supposed to happen! Hubby and I used our fork from the salad super often cuz we had to get/catch the toppings. There also wasn’t a decent amount of cheese on the pizza. — Don’t do takeout. Given the flimsy nature of the pizza, I wouldn’t recommend takeout. — Overpriced! It’s $ 2.50 for 1 friggin’ cannoli! Our large special pizza, which took extra work to eat was $ 24. We paid around $ 17 out of pocket with our credit. Not enough value for money. — No menu online. — Salad was mostly chopped iceberg lettuce. No nutritional value there. — Pizza had canned mushrooms, not fresh. That leads me to believe they don’t have high turnover on customers, ergo food. — Staff isn’t knowledgeable. My husband and I purchased a $ 15 credit voucher on . This requires us to order $ 30 worth of food. When we finished ordering and we’re going to pay with our voucher, one of the staff was like, «Wait, they need to order $ 50 worth of food.» We were like, «Uh that’s not what the website says.» If you’re going to have specials and/or ads somewhere, you need to be knowledgeable as to what you’re advertising. — inconvenient hours. Hubby and I came on a Sunday and this place doesn’t open until 1pm. Very inconvenient so I was starving by the time we arrived. Pros(Yes, there are some upsides!) — Decent inside space. Can hold 4 – 6 people(depending on how small they are) per table. — The taste of the pizza itself with the toppings isn’t bad, but too much work to eat. — Handmade. We could see the pizza chef tossing the dough and making the pizza. Atleast that looked legit. Final Answer– Not on my list of pizza places to go back to. I’ve had better quality and at better prices. Papa John’s and Mellow Mushroom have better pizza and will continue to receive our business.

Being from NJ I’m always critical of NY Slice pizza. This IS the best in the area! It’s a staple in our home and for lunch. The delivery and service is top notch. Their garlic knots are amazing. Add this to your favorite places to enjoy a good NY slice

We were craving pizza so we decided to try this place because it was tucked away in a corner and we’re hoping it would be a hidden gem. We were wrong, we ordered 3 slices of pizza and a calzone. Let me start by saying no one wants to eat a calzone with so much cheese that you have to cut it open just to find the meat! I am a cheese lover, believe me! But this was an excessive amount that made it difficult to eat. The pizza was decent, but not good enough for us to return there.

Excellent pizza! This place is a god send to the Bragg area, where almost everything is chain restaurants and Wal-Mart. This was a great little find. The crust was hand tossed perfection and the sauce was deliciously seasoned. Someone obviously put some time into developing the recipes and designing a great pizza for us. We are grateful for their efforts! I will definitely recommend this place to friends.

Best pizza near bragg! It’s a little hole in the wall pizza joint but it’s really good and worth going to. The large pizzas are huge.

I always order delivery, which can really take a long time, but this time I decided to pick it up. I got down the road and(pizza in my lap) notice it’s not very hot… I open the pizza and it looks like it was made like an hour ago. I called and placed the order and arrived 20 minutes later so I shouldn’t have had a cold, hour old looking pizza. I never had a problem with Brooklyn Pizza until this incident. I paid way too much for the pizza for the quality. My expectations were way higher. Very disappointed.

First time eating here. Got it to go. Was about a 20 min wait not to bad. We got the large pepperoni, boy was it huge. Biggest pizza I had ever seen just alittle greasy. Also had the knots and a salad they were pretty good. The pizza was the best I have had in a while. Will deff be ordering again.

Very good NY-style thin crust pizza — worthy of 4 stars. The rest of the food was average at best. A great $ 2.50 slice of pizza.

The most disgusting excuse for lasagna I’ve ever tasted! $ 28 is what my husband and I spent, including meatballs and a cannoli. We took 1 bite of the lasagna and threw it out. The meatballs were just as disappointing. Tasted very fake and processed. Almost chemicalized. I didn’t even bother to try the cannoli. What a waste of money.

Ordered a veggie and meat pizza and a white pizza. Neither were good and they use canned mushrooms. I was very disappointed because I had heard it was great pizza. Rather pick up dominos on the way home.
