This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The employees are slow, rude, and unmotivated. The customer has to ask for refills, constantly ask for updates on food because it is taking over 30 minutes to get food… even small orders. Would Not recommend this location to anyone and will never eat here again. Have currently been waiting for 45 minutes for one pizza and have not seen the waitress since I first ordered. Do not go here.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have been to. It took about 15 minutes for the waitress to bring the drink order of two sodas to our table, and then an additional 45 minutes until she brought out the pizza. The only good thing was the pizza tasted good, besides that I would not recommend this location.

Keeps making reviews only for them to be removed. The pizza guys show up smelling of pot and always have blood shot eyes. Our stuff is always cold and gross and it always take way more than an hour to get to out place when we live less than 10 minutes away. Pizza Hut would be smart to shut this place down.

I love Pizza Hut pizza, which is why we always order from them but every time we place an order, we get it so late, always 30min it longer after it was suppose to get here. Never even get a call from them apologizing for being late.
The pizza is always made good, but I’m so sad to say we will have to part ways with out favorite, Pizza Hut :(
Came back to continue with my review. They were about 40 min late and still had my order wrong & pizza cut sloppily.

Probably the worst experience ever. It was not busy, probably 2 other tables in the restaurant with ours. They ran out of plates and had at the most 2 pizzas sitting under the heat lamps the entire time there. Skip this joint and go to CiCis if you want some pizza.

To start off, REALLY bad customer service. Workers don’t seem to be in a good mood. Pizza deserves a 1 only bc I was hungry. I ordered a thin and crispy Hawaiian pizza. The crust tasted old and dry and so did the toppings especially the pineapple, it was so hard to chew. Never coming back and I’m ordering papa johns.

Terrible service and an incompetent staff. Don’t waste a dollar at this place. Ordered online, showed up for a carry out order at the listed time, still had to wait 20 minutes for a pizza. Obviously my order wasn’t attended to prior to my arrival. One employee just stood behind the counter doing nothing but looking high for about 10 minutes. Zero customers dining in on a Friday night; that was my first sign that this place was a mistake.

Only stop if you have over an hour to wait for your food. Service is not one of their strengths.
Attempted to stop in for dinner Friday night and was told the wait time was over 1 hour while the dining room was only about 20% full. Needless to say we did not stay.
Gave them another try tonight, Monday, and again the dining room was about 10% full with only 1 server working. Took a few minutes to be seated then about 10 minutes to get our drinks once ordered. Food took almost an hour and then did not come altogether. It was hit but not worth the wait. If you want speedy pizza then this is not the place to come.

Thought I would pop in for a quick meal… on a Thursday night. I was asked are you dining in? I was told they were backed up… wait time 1 and a ½ hrs!!! Unreal! Needless to say I can’t rate the food… didn’t stay.

The service at this Pizza hut is definitely slow. I ordered my pizza 20 minutes before I went to pick it up. There was only one person working at the counter and it took her 10 minutes before I could even pay for my pizza.
