Cato

Customer service is non existent, the store wasn’t packed and you have to fall out on the floor to get help. Not an enjoyable experience and it’s sad the easiest job in the world and the employees are not trying to get it right.

I have to admit I had not shopped or even been inside of a Cato for several years. We had a Cato in the town I grew up in and I have seen them in various locations since — but it was never my «go-​to» spot.
Well, circumstances dictated that I quickly get some winter (freezing cold! outside) dress clothes. I bought several pair of pants and blouses. Two of the blouses were on the clearance rack and cost $ 11.99!
Cato made it super easy and FAST to pick up a few complete outfits w/​o wasting time or energy that I had neither one of. I also, got a watch (that I really like!) for $ 11.99, too!
They have a large plus size section, a small amount of kids clothes and tons of accessories.
Now, I don’t normally wear «dressy» clothes, but it was nice to run in there quickly and get some things at great prices. I will stop in more frequently.

I wish I could give this store a NEGATIVE 2 stars I would.
RUDE women working in there. This is the WORST Cato I have ever been in, and I have shopped Cato in 5 other states. Please get these women some customer service skills. I went in there looking for something specific had money in my hand and you would think at least one of the workers could act like they would like to sell something. NO they both acted like they were annoyed that the other shopper and I were even in there. The woman that rang me out was busy giving dirty looks to the child in the store with his mom. I did not see him do anything, he was walking around talking to his mother. Even tho I hated to bother her while she was staring down the 5 year old, I wanted to ask about some shoes that were in a display. I asked her if she had any others in different sizes and she rolled her eyes at me and shouted over at her co-​worker if they had any… I pointed out the ones I was asking about and was told «they are all gone». Ok ANY OTHER CATO would have either offered to call another store for me or suggested a similar style that would work for me. NOPE thats ok, I went to «My Cato» in the nicer side of town. They had them. I also commented how happy I was to be back in a nice store, the ladies that work in the Ramsey Street store are Classy and nice and very very helpful. Wont be back to the Ugly Cato.
