Megaplay

It was great at first even though it was super busy. The food is decent and the gals at the check in were really friendly. There’s a lot for all ages to do. What really ticked me off and ruined my 5 star review for this place is the fact that my older son was on the toddler playground area helping his two year old brother out and playing with him and he was told to get off that area. The guy said «there’s no green bands allowed in this area». There’s no sign that says that anywhere. So basically my two children cannot play together much at this place because it’s all separated by age. We’ll find another place to go after this. I spent too much money to not have my children be able to play together. It’s a real turn off for parents to be told their older child can’t play with the younger when the little one wants a playplace that’s about his size.
Let me go ahead and add, that guy put my kid in tears and that’s NOT okay with me! Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a fun Valentine’s day surprise for my children!!! I’m so upset about this. Then to watch the manager show the review to her employee on the floor as soon as I posted and watch them laugh and smile at the review just added icing on the cake. Brought my review down to a 1 star.

Im just an observer but I think this place would entertain most kids for a few hours. Im here for a toddler birthday party. All of the children having a blast.
Im very surprised by how low the snacks are priced. A whole pizza is only eleven dollars. None of the other food choices are over $ 3.00.

First time coming today, my 3.5 year old is having a blast! I love that the layout is more parent friendly than other local establishments. (I can see my son from the seating area, and don’t need to follow him like a helicopter parent.). They have slides, and swings and bouncey houses and it’s very well supervised by their «play patrol». There’s a door guard posted to make sure no one steals your child, and they serve food and drinks (which I did not purchase). They are currently playing music from the jungle book, it’s awesome, and all around great place to be! We will be back. It’s a tad chilly but I’m sitting down, in sure my son wouldn’t complain.

Not being able to bring in our own snacks is a problem. With multiple children and already paying admission, buying snacks is out of the question. Kids run & play inside & they get hungry. One section for outside food would be nice since we aren’t allowed to leave, eat outside, & return. All children’s museums and amusement parks we’ve attended have had a specific eating area for this.

Awesome place for kids of all ages! Clean and nice staff! My kids will be returning!!!

Pretty nice inside and super friendly staff. Only down side is there was a birthday party and it was pretty packed. If we do go again I will deff call and make sure there is not a party going on. The photos I took really don’t show how packed it really was!
