Got a mix of things at the buffet, everything was delicious, not a thing I picked up wasn’t at least very good. Had two kinds of chicken drumsticks, griot(pork shoulder), stew beef, stew goat, rice, rice with beans, what I think was quinoa, carrot, okra, lettuce, plantain… They also have lots of fried stuff if you’re into that. Everyone kind of stared at me when I walked in(6’4″ very white guy) but it was cool once I started plating food. Lots of parking a plus. It’s a restaurant-only mall type area with almost 10 choices, kind of interesting. If you have others in your group they can pick and choose what kind of food they want if they’re not up for Haitian buffet. Highly recommend checking this place out.

When you walk in you have a small seating area towards the front, to-go containers on the left and the self-serve buffet is towards the back. The place itself is not that large, so getting food when there’s a lot of people in there can be a bit of a hassle but with that being said, the food here is always on point! I absolutely love their legume! So good! I only gave this place 4 stars though because sometimes you may be craving a specific item and they may not have it when you go. Other than that, this place is great and I would recommend it to anyone craving authentic Haitian cuisine. If you see Haitians eating there, then you know it’s legit!

Okay where do I start? The location is fine food is amazing customer service is alright. I’m not giving this restaurant 5 stars because it’s the self serve does get out of control it’s pretty hard to move around when it’s a campy area and have people who can’t say«excuse me» also it’s hot they need to work on some air conditioning because it’s scary how hot it was when I went there few times. I do think the owners should renovate the space make it more appealing because.(It’s not fancy) Now the good things food is amazing if you looking for some great Haitian cuisine this is the place to go. I’ve been to another Haitian restaurant it’s good but when i was introduced to this place I’ve been hooked on this specific restaurant. Food is always hot delicious True Haitian food cooked keep up the terrific job. Looking for some real Haitian food I’d recommend stopping by if you’re not sure what is what do like me and ask someone getting food is always there to help out expand your taste

The food here is delicious and authentic!!! It’s not conducive for actual«dining in» even though I did sit and eat. Its more of a go in fill your plate and leave. The young lady at the register said hello inspite of the place being packed. We grabbed our Styrofoam containers and proceeded to PACK our plates. As we sat to eat; over 20 people came in and out. When the food is moving out fast you know something is being done right. The fish was BANGING, flavorful. We had legume, griot, sweet plaintain, ribs, black rice, fish and chicken wings. GREATPLACEFORFOOD.

My mom comes home 3 times a week with a plate of there fried fish. This place is good if you want some good pork with rice and authentic Haitian food. I’m not Haitian and I love eating here, they don’t look at you funny if they see you not being Haitian and they are very nice. Great food overall and at good prices.

Great food. Had it this month for the first time. We had rice n peas, griot(fried pork), fried plantain, fried chicken and fried fish. Pretty simple place no frills. Good service n good food. Didn’t dine but we enjoyed that food all the way to the Bronx.

I consider this restaurant to be family oriented. A better alternative to fast food. If you are looking for a replacement to home-cooked meal, this is the place. And it’s not only the Haitians who enjoy Fancy Buffet. I see people of all creed and ethnicity up in there. The food is good, the people are nice and friendly. The owners are caring. I was invited to a Haitian party and was told to bring something. I would Not have the time to cook it. The people at fancy buffet helped. They made me a tray for the Party. I keep them in mind anytime there is a party. Good job, Guys! Thank you.

Ok so after searching for some haitian food I came across this restaurant. First off the place is a hole in the wall grease spoon! The place was dirty. The so called«buffet» was out of everything. May I add it was only 7pm and the restaurant closes at 11pm. There were some seedy characters there as well. The place is very ghetto. Please don’t waste your time!

This place is great! I think that they must sprinkle crack on this food just before they put it out into the buffet. It’s just that addictive! Everything on the menu is seasoned just right. Sometimes the chicken wings get a little salty but most of the time it’s dead on. The fish is always perfect. I eat here sometimes three times a week and it never seems to get old. This buffet is probably one of the best kept secrets in Rockland County!

Fancy does it right all the time every time. I love piling on the little chicken wings, with the greo and the plantains– A great combination for a lovely Haitian snack. The only thing that kills me about fancy buffet is that they don’t serve macaroni everyday! Mwen pas vle du riz(i don’t want rice). If you are looking to satisfy your tropical taste buds, there is a lot of competition in Haitian cuisine recently, but this place is definitely top notch.
