I woke someone up just before 5:30 and told I had a water leak in my attic. Art showed up and found the pinhole in the copper line had it repaired in about an hour… it was heavily insulated so he coughed alot and still am I’m sure

Best experience I’ve had by far. I had issues with a fixer up I purchased. They came out and assessed the situation but also gave me a fair a quote (way less than other companies I found). They even gave me a few tips that really helped. I would highly recommend using this company.

I found this company seeing there work vehicle on the road and checked their reviews and was extremely satisfied with their work and pricing. I have two other contractors I use for my rental properties and can do plumbing myself so I am familiar with good practices. They replaced a toilet, cleared a line and had to replace a Home Depot poor quality angle stop that was leaking. Quietly I watched them work, they used commercial grade angle stops (Home Depot uses brass which will break down after years), used two wax rings to insure no leaks on a toilet (only 1 is required but two is better as the tile sits a little higher than the cast iron plumbing flanges) and the work was cleaned up well with minimal mess. The price was better than my other plumbers as well so I will be using this company now for all my plumbing and remodeling needs.

My husband and I have recently purchased our first home, its been about two weeks since moving in and we have come to some disastrous roads with this house. After the recent rain this week we noticed our tub backing up water, gross, disgusting, smelly water! We tried to solve the problem ourselves and when my husband finally decided he couldn’t do it, we started Unilocaling plumbers. I called 5 local plumbers, yet First Rate Plumbing stood out the most. For one it was the cheapest quote, two they were accommodating on a time frame to come and lastly very professional and knowledgeable over the phone. I received a call ahead of time that the technician was on his way which was great. My technician was Arthur Casillas, he was very polite upon arrival and got right to work. He walked me through the process and informed me how to maintain the drain so it wouldn’t get clogged again. He also took time to view other issues I had and helped. Awesome service with an awesome helpful attitude, I would definitely recommend this company! I also received a magnet with 10% off for future services! Thanks First Rate!

We are building a taco shop in Santee and Jeff and Russ are doing our plumbing. Awesome job, they have helped us in every aspect from planning, demo, and all plumbing issues. They are professional, on time and great pricing. This is our first build out and they are very accommodating with all our special requests. Definitely recommend if you have any commercial or residential plumbing needs.

I have worked with Joel a few times now and he has always done an amazing job at my condo and my office for a great price.
Last time both our bathrooms at work were not working because there was a block to the sewer and he fixed it in 20 minutes!

Jeff is a workaholic! This guy was nice enough to call 30 mins before he arrived. My kitchen sink had a nasty clog and we were helpless. I tried everything, snakes, liquid, commercial stuff etc.
This guy drops by and BOOM in 15 mins has me all set. And he was not expensive. Nice guy and professional. Definite 5 stars all the way around! Thanks Jeff!

Sometimes they say you have to kiss a few toads to find a prince; and after several disastrous attempts to find a plumbing company worth a damn; I was about to lose hope. I had several companies (aka toads) come through the homes we own and as I am in the restore and flipping game I do not have the time for excuses and failures. It was always the same old «oops we are going to take longer» or «actually that price doesn’t apply and it is going to be more a lot more!» BS.
Then came my prince; then came first rate it an absolute joy to be treated with respect and be valued I could from the moment that I called that the first priority was to find out what I needed and wanted not to try and force upon me unnecessary services and charges. Joel really took the time to get to my needs and came up with a plan to make it happen on budget on point and on time! Wow accountability and professionalism still exist! I learned my lesson by trying to find the cheapest out there; what they lack in price they also lacked in quality. Then I found the ones that did the work correctly but but were outrageously overpriced and only focused on making me spend spend spend. Now I have the one that is just right an excellent value and literally as the name says FIRST RATE!
