Grow Smart Children’s Academy

As a new parent, I was looking for a place that would enrich my daughters in many activities and provide quality care. I was lucky to find such a caring, warm enivironment that is family oriented and care so much about each child there.
I found Grow Smart Children’s Academy while looking for local development centers that would provide a rich learning environment. I was so lucky to find this center for my girls. All the staff made my girls transition into the school as smooth as possible and gave me the opportunity to visit and call as much as I wanted. My daughters were 2 and 3 years old when they started and are now approaching 4 and 5. There are many family activities to look forward too. The owners are all about family and teaching. The cleanest and safest place ever! I’ve tried their food one day ~ fresh ~ like homemade! I would highly recommend Grow Smart Children’s Academy!

Good day care. It’s attached to a community center and next to the local park. The center is clean and the ladies are nice for the most part. It took them a while before they would really acknowledge me. But so long as my daughter is taken care of… that’s the most important part! My daughter has been learning more and more spanish words which she enjoys switching it up. The worst part about this school for me is that there aren’t any kids my daughters age. She’s 5 and preparing to transition to Kindergarten and all the kids in her preschool are 3 and under so needless to say, my daughter brings all their «baby» behaviors home. Thats not necessarily the fault of the center, it’s just really difficult to handle. Also, they take 3 hour naps! I think that’s very long for a child my daughters age. Because of this fact, she comes home wired and ready to go when it should be time to start calming down and preparing for dinner, bath and then bed time. She has too much energy to sit still for longer than 2 – 3 minutes. Very frustrating. At least this is only temporary and she’ll be in school soon.
