Horrible kids area, this needs to be closed down… looks like there is a water leak in there from the windows when we had our El Nino rain almost a week ago, there’s a layer of dust on the top of the play center that probably has bacteria, dust mites and other allergen containing causes in it… lights that have been out for nearly 4 years above it that can be easily accessed if somebody actually tried to replace it, 2 broken swing vines near the top, and a broken tv at the bottom…
Another case of an owner not caring about his customers, which in this area are kids! and it’s truly revolting… this McDonald’s needs to be shut down immediately… dictating owners probably do not care about their WORKERS as well…

Only redeeming feature is the kid play area

Worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to I ask for ketchup and they lied to me told me they ran out and gave me ketchup in a container instead. I asked the cashier if they had blueberry pies and he said they had some then the manger that was packing my food came over and told me they ran out after they had gave the pies to someone that had ordered after me. I then ask the cashier for medium size lids he gave me a handful and asked me to stack them where to be long for him. This is the dirtiest place I have ever seen worst customer service ever I would not ever go there again.

Michael, who works the drive thru sometimes, is the most chipper and polite McDonald’s employee I’ve ever encountered. Thanks for putting a little sunshine in my day Michael =D

The slowest and most forgetful McDonald’s on EARTH. I know I can’t expect much from a McDonald’s but come on. All I ordered was a drink from the drive thru and you guys couldn’t get that right? You have all the employees you need to handle a crowd and rush of people, but can’t get someone their drink order right? Get out of here.

ok I know this is just McDonald’s and it is what it is… But I have to say not all of them are made equally… This place lacks any kind of cleanliness, there bathrooms remind me of a truck stop in the middle of Texas… toilet paper on the floor… water or pee on the floor. just a mess in there… The Playplace is like a bacteria Mind field… I don’t recommend letting your child play in there. but if you do let them play make sure they keep there shoes or socks on… Because it’s possible they could get a staph infection if you don’t. NO JOKE…
They also like to hide the ketchup packages behind the counter like its gold or something… You don’t see In-​N-​Out do that…
Ahh man I can go on and on but just one more thing …
They actually have some old dude sit next to the soda machines to watch the juveniles, he just sits there to make sure they actually get water with there water cups… I know its not right to get soda with a water cup but really you have to guard the soda machine… lol

SERIOUSLY FUCK THIS PLACE!!! I wish I could give 0 stars! I am done with this location, I have let them fuck things up way too much. The ONLY reason besides being closer to my home I kept coming back here, was because of the overly happy drive through guy who always makes the experience wonderful, other than that FUCK THIS PLACE! 5 times in a row they have fucked up my order, forgot to put part of the order in, gave the wrong food, or put onions on my food when I say no onions because I am allergic!!! Now this morning, I stopped to grab some breakfast to eat before work. I asked for the sausage biscuit meal with orange juice. No order repeated back, nothing on the screen so couldn’t make sure they had it correct. Get to the pick up window and they give me lemonade, which I can’t stand the taste of. I tell the dumb cunt at the window and she just tells me, «you didn’t pay for orange juice», I said, well I asked for orange juice. She just repeats «you didn’t pay for orange juice». So I ask her, so I’m supposed to take something I didn’t order because you guys messed up. She just stares at me like a fucking moron, and repeats herself. Yeah I dropped the drink right there in the drive through and left. Not keeping a fucking drink I don’t like, part of me wishes I would have threw it at her stupid face, but then that would probably be assault on a fucking idiot. Oh then I get to where I’m going and see they didn’t even give me the right breakfast sandwich. Seriously, this location must be the cesspool for stupid and shitty customer service. You better hold on to the overly happy blondish guy because he is the only good thing I have experienced at this location. Kind of hard to want to support these workers getting $ 15 an hour when they act like stupid fucktards!!!

I work about 3 min. away and thought I’d have my 30 min. lunch break at McDonald’s. My boyfriend and daughter came to join me so I figured we’d sit down at the restaurant instead of the usual, ‘to-​go’. We went inside and the line was near the door but that didn’t discourage me, what did discourage me was the ONE cashier they had in the front. There are maybe 6 people ahead of us at the time and not one employee could help ring up customers at least to kill down the line? Ridiculous. Finally, it was our turn to order. I order 3 meals, one including a kids meal. I usually check the receipt but because I was on a time crunch and the line was pretty much to the door, I just asked for our drinks (1 large and 1 apple juice) and got outta there. We waited close to 15 min for our food –_​– and when we received it, there was no kids meal. My boyfriend went back to let one of the employees know and she said the cashier didn’t apply a kids meal! But how? They gave us a kids meal drink! Well they gave us a free meal for my daughter (which was the only highlight) but we had to wait another 5 min. By then I had like 2 min. to eat. What a f*cking fail! On top of everything there were NO clean tables, there was food on the floor and 2 flies were by our table. I work at a fast food restaurant and my manager would be infuriated if our restaurant ran and looked the way theirs did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I used to go through their drive-​thru but now I’m even deliberating that!

This place is either always understaffed or they are just completely unorganized. Lines are always super long and service is slow especially during peak hours like breakfast and lunch. Parking lot is filthy, someone should definitely enforcing the no loitering issue because i think the line might always be long because no one wants to park and get down to be harassed by local bystanders. This location needs to be renovated and restaffed it is not a good representation of mcdonalds as a company. My expectations are higher since i’ve seen some very new and clean looking franchises like in point loma or Tierra santa areas i don’t understand why Mcdonalds can’t provide that same experience for all communities thru out the county such as this one in spring valley. It just doesn’t seem fair. I’ve been trying to get a hold of a manager who i can express my concerns to but never seem to catch them.

I work near by and there not too many places to eat in this area without driving.
Place inside is just filthy dirty trash every on tables. I under its not in best of area but take pride of your store.
Few time I go there. I always see employees up front on the there cell phones or chatting but not really working.
Recommend the drive thru so you don’t have to see that mess inside.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I never ever buy from here because the food it’s just plain gross. But today for some reason decided to give them a try again. Their salads are just plain gross the lettuce and big slices of carrots tasted old. And the bacon tasted gross as well how hard is it to add real slices of bacon. I’m officially never coming here again. Rather go to Wendy’s and get their salads instead. How hard is it to mess up a salad!!!

Worst McDonalds ever… Ordered a Half lemonade and half Icetea, I was told they couldn’t do that! Every other McDonald’s does that! I realize I’m not dealing with rocket scientists here but please, you fill a cup half way with Iced tea then fill the rest with lemonade… It’s called an Arnold Palmer… Not that hard people! And it’s filthy outside!

Horrible service. After a huge line due to only having 1 cashier I asked to speak to the manager who looked at me and just walked away. Decided to do the same instead of making a scene

Didn’t realize until we got home that the happy meal was missing fries. Guess I have to eat the toy.

After eating at this place all i can say is wow. As you walk in the door an odor hits you that will make you lose your appetite. The service is slow and employees rude. Not clean at all. The mens bathroom floor was covered in water (At least i hope it was just water), someone had vomited in the floor by the urinal. They charge you for refills so drink slow.
McDonalds corp. could use this place in a training video on how not to run a franchise.

I’m embarrassed of being the current Duchess of McDonald’s in Spring Valley. *insert emoji now*. Service sucks, food does it for me. Stays open late, slow drive thru all day except night. Absolutely avoid the other customers, always make the effort to never go inside to order. I don’t consider this a safe place for kids… but roll up, order you nuggets and get the hell outta there. And always remember that breakfast is served until 10:30…learned that from Big Daddy (the movie, not a giant father of mine)

The restrooms are disgusting! I lifted the toilet seat and there was fecal matter and God knows what else! Filthy!

Look it is Micky D’s what do you expect? What a fancy burger need to go to a fancy restaurant. their staff and Managers really don’t know what they are doing half the time, nor do they really care.
When you try to use the drive thru window the person at the microphone isn’t even patient, and tries to hurry you along. When you get the order it looks as if it is tossed in the bag, when you mention this at the window they just look at you.
Try going inside when the line is too long at the drive thru, the place looks like a tornado hit it, floors is sticky, and you don’t want to touch anything… by then I have second thoughts about ordering and end up leaving.
I don’t know how may times I have giving this place a chance, I personally just don’t eat anything from there, but my family likes them. so I will make a run.
If I had a choice I would bull doze this Mc Donald’s rebuild and start over, Make the drive thru more accessible, New dinning room area, and Definitely hire new staff!!!

I had e great visit to this location on my way to work. (2÷1÷2012) Did you know that there are three Mc Donald’s that I can stop by on my way to work, and it usually only takes me about three minutes to get there! That’s a lot of Mc Donald’s in such a short distance.
I walked to buy take and because I never go through the drive thru at any fast food joint. I like to make sure my order is right, and if at all possible, get a glimpse as they prepare my food.
I ordered the oatmeal and one sausage Mc Muffin. The oatmeal was great with a nice mixture of fruit and raisins. The oatmeal was perfectly cooked. The only complaint I had a out the Mc Muffin, was that it was so small, but hey, what do I expect for 1 dollar.
This place had very good service. The employees were friendly and in a great mood. The place just had a nice clean through, so it was spotless.
