I wish half stars were an option! The place is very lovely. Décor is simple, pleasant music in the background and gracious staff. Until today I have not been in for a pedicure. I would just go for a quick eyebrow wax.
My pedicure experience was great. I got a basic that included a lovely massage, cuticle removal and callous removal for $ 17. Most places in this neck of the woods charge considerably more aside from soaking your feet and painting your toes.
The ebb and glow is unpredictable but today they were a bit understaffed because everyone that came through the door besides myself was rolling in pairs. There was a lot of stopping in order to tend to everyone else. All the patrons were understanding,… But if you’re looking for excellent express service you may want to have a back up plan or consider having lunch next door at BRT because you may encounter a wait.
All and all I had a pleasant experience and will return — they have a $ 35 special on Brazillian waxes. I plan on taking our relationship to the next level next time. I’ll keep you posted!

Rushed through mani pedi. Charged $ 5 more for men. Had unlicensed hispanic girl do the pedicure. Did not clean under the nails and did not put any shine on (buff) nails. I need to get it completely redone right away. Total waste of time.

Horrible horrible horrible !
I went in for a mani/​pedi and had the gel on both. Not only was the customer service horrible (very rude and rushed on everything) but she took it off with a filing tool instead of the proper way, soaking my nails in acetone or placing acetone on cotton balls and wrapping them in foil. Totally damaged my nails and almost went down to my skin. My nails were paper thin and took months to strengthen. On top of all of that I received a very poor quality manicure .
Would never go there again–
