Was in line for about 30 min at the drive thru only to get to the window and they have the wrong order. This place sucks!

I came here 3 years ago, didnt like it. Poorly prepared, just sloppy, didnt have a great taste. Decided to stop again a couple days ago because I saw more cars in drive through, I thought maybe a new owner had taken over and their would be better food —- No!!! Still sloppy, guacamole was watery, how disappointing.

I ordered Ramberto’s «Pollo Torta» and had taken it home. Two bites into the sandwich I noticed the chicken was BURNT, dry, and the bread soggy. It was pretty bad. I thought it might just be me that didn’t agree with the sandwich so I had my boyfriend also take one bite and his opinion mirrored mine. So decided to bring it back for a refund. I know, I know, how dare I return food i paid for and wasn’t happy with? :/There is no easy way to do this. But I very politely told the older woman that I found the meat overcooked and would like a refund. She then rapidly spoke in Spanish to her younger co-worker(Thinking i didnt understand spanish, they were extreamly rude!). Then they both switched to English and literally PICKED my sandwich apart saying it wasn’t burnt and since I took a bite they can’t refund me.(HOW would I know it wasn’t disgusting if I didn’t taste it? Do you thoroughly INSPECT the inside of your sandwich of a restaurant everytime you order??) Then the younger one clearly more rude than the other said«Okay well! We will redo your order this time, but we don’t usually do that or give refunds!(Lots of omg’s in spanish and eye rolls in between)». They exchanged me a burrito I asked for instead of another torta, they made it quick and kind of just dismissively droped it in my hands :/I’m sure they made it with lots of «love»… No thank you Ramberto’s.

I would give this place 4 stars but this the third or fourth time ive spent 20 – 25 minuets in the drive thru. I love the pollo mini tacos but the wait can be longer than most sit down restaurants.

Don’t get me wrong the breakfast burritos are great in the morning and chicken tostadas are great late at night. But anything carne asada that is not the fries sucks butt. Three times I have ordered carne asada; tacos, burrito and California burrito. Three times my orders have come without guacamole, despite me asking each time to make sure I wasn’t crazy in expecting my carne asada orders to come with guacamole. Most of the time the wait time is super long and the ladies who work the window act as if they could care less about what is happening with my order. Well, jokes on you ladies. I won’t be coming back again. Sure Santana’s and Sarita’s if further away, but a least I don’t have to second guess my order every single time:(:(:(

I love the food at this place I really do but this morning I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I don’t mind waiting but started to get frustrated. I finally get to the menu board and sat there for 5 minutes and no one said anything. I figured it was broken and said«hello» and started pulling around then someone says be right with you. This is crap, effed up my breakfast this morning. Fix your service if you want to continue making money.

This place is a junk for many reasons… 1.) charge $ 1.00 for sour cream on any order food menu 2.) They charge you for everything 3.) Food is expensive 4.) Drive Thru line always long and the lady taking the order sounds rude. 5.) You eat outdoor of the building tables dirty and too small I’d rather drive to Lolita’s Taco Shop on Bonita Rd. or Sombreros plus the food is better and better customer service.

The only reason that this place gets any business is because it’s convenient and open 24hrs, and when your drunk any Mexican shop taste good. Every time I come to this place the heavier lady that works the window is ALWAYS cutting you off and rushing you. Forget about even wanting to customizing your order! I asked for carne asada fries with EXTRA cheese and guac and I get cut off saying«it comes with it» did I get it? Of course not,(listening skills are poor) as I got my order they failed to give me some tacos I asked for too(probably because I wanted them customized as well) «no lettuce» and on top of that you get 2 little hot sauces per item, they charge you for extra. This place really doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The ladies attitude there is always horrible #AttitudeCheck

worst place ever drive thru is a mess. They take forever to make your food here I was literally 40 minutes waiting through the drive thru. I couldn’t get out of the line because it is so tight. I ordered the Pollo asado plate and it was horrible it was burnt and had other pieces of burnt of meat in it like they don’t clean their grill

Terrible customer service. Food is not great for the price you are paying. Cashier was extremely rude after paying for extra salsas and she didn’t even give me what I wanted. Seriously find yourselves new cashiers. I don’t recommend going here save yourself the trouble

My beef taco plate was stingy on the beef, and the tacos were super stale like it was prepped two or three days before! I didn’t eat most of it. Beans and cheese, small portion and tasted like whatever… Surprisingly, my boyfriend’s bean and cheese burrito was enormous and tasty. That is the ONLY reason I added another star. I mean, the beef was crunchy and charred. It hurt my jaw trying to chew that thing. I won’t return, except maybe for a bean and chee.

4AM stop before a 30 mile drive to work… I just received the best breakfast burrito I could ever ask for! We are taking at least a pound of yummiest! I only come to this place every once in a while a couple times of been disappointed but lately they’ve made up for that disappointment! I guess sometimes you just have to take the good with the bad and lately it’s been good! Perfect cooked breakfast burrito with no meet!

I avoided this place for awhile because everyone said it was terrible. So one night, Ron and I decided to be daring after one of my drunken fun nights was coming to an end. He knew I needed food, water and a warm bed in that order to wake up happy and productive the next day. Well, at 2 a.m., your options are limited for grub so Ramberto’s is down the street and open 24 hours. Why not? Weren’t we pleasantly surprised with our breakfast burritos. They are huge and dense. We added guacamole, tomatoes, and replaced the meat with beans. The breakfast burrito already includes potato, eggs and cheese. Wow! We more than happily devoured our food and have returned 3 more times since then. This is a great example of why you shouldn’t always listen to everyone’s comments. We did not eat disappointed. I also enjoy their horchata.

I came here after class for the first time. Not many drive thru mexican food spots on my way home. The wait time wasn’t bad, but the customer service is almost nonexistent. I asked for extra cheese on my burrito and they even read my order back, but when I got to the window it had changed. Somehow between ordering and picking my food up my order went from extra cheese to extra guac. Okay fine, nevermind. My Agua de piña is NOTHING but sweeeet sweeet pineapple water. Not the Agua de piña I wanted. Seriously tasted like pineapple Fanta but sweeter. :-/I was also concerned to even drink more than the 2 sips I had because I had seen the girl wash the cup out before adding drink. Kinda weird. The burrito was a good size but wasn’t very flavorful and was kind of dry. Wish I had some salsa verde, but I wasn’t offered a choice so I figured they’d do 1 of each. Nope, 2 salsa Roja. I think next time I’ll just pass up my mexican food desire or find a new spot.

Very local taco shop for me. It’s been here ever since I was born(literally, we were both established 1989: P) I only go here for desperate Mexican food cravings my sister has when she’s in town from NY. She insisted we get some after our drive from LA. I know there are other 24 hour taco shops, but this was right by our exit. The quality is what gets to me. Expensive too, almost $ 8 for an order of carne asada fries. You have to add sour cream, only comes with guac and cheese. The meat looks very gray, it’s a weird description, but it does not look like the best quality carne asada. The cheese is the ooey gooey kind too. It stretches out too far when melted making it difficult to eat. 2 stars means you’ve experienced better, and that’s just it. Too many occasions I’ve said Yeah, I’ll eat it, but I wake up the next morning regretting it, lol.
