So so sad the old owner of this place sold it. Been with these people for over 3 years and always had good experiences until now. New owners are rude, the whole place is filled with clothes, antique furniture (come on now it’s a tanning salon) and other unnecessary things. It’s sad I’m leaving a bad review, but I never thought I’d actually cancel my plan and be this upset! They were also charging my card more than once a month without me making any purchases. :/

1 star which I never do but this place is that horrible. (Wish I could give 0) New owners took over and turned this place into a tanning bed/​hair salon/​antique shop? When you walk in you get overwhelmed by random costume apparel and antique furniture. I went in today to give them one last chance before I cancelled my subscription and nobody was there. I waited 10 minutes before grabbing a pen and paper to write a horrible customer service letter to leave on there desk and left. Take your money elsewhere!

The beds here are horrible! First when I walked in I had to wait till the girl running the place was done with her personal phone call. Then when she was done she continued a conversation with Marvin (the 1^st positive and only review for this place) all while I’m standing there! What the heck?! So finally she acknowledges my presence and I get a price breakdown. I ask what the difference is between is between the lowest and middle bed. To my surprise she says not much, I’d go with the lowest bed. Her honesty is why this place got 1 star. So I agree to the lowest bed (oh and don’t expect I get a tour of the different beds).
Ok I’m as white as a sheet of paper but I’m not new to tanning beds. I know I can’t go in longer than 5 or 6 min to start. She suggested 8min to start… Umm no. I went in 6 min and not even a tinge of pink. Fast fwd to the next day I try 8 min, still nothing. The next day 12 min still nothing… I never went back. Save your money cause they haven’t changed their bulbs in years! You would get a better tan driving in your car with the window down.
