NO REGRETS! Been a female, sometimes you feel a little intimidated going into gyms like this. My husband actually started taking classes first and after a while he convinced me to at least go for a couple of classes. It was AWESOME! Very welcoming and made me feel apart of the group when visiting. Now it feels more like a family. I go, at least, 6 times a week. The owner, James Ehmer, is extremely flexible and understanding of people’s schedule. If it was any other gym, I would probably not be able to afford to take these many classes! The technique and conditioning together are great!!!

Great place to get in shape or train for your future. Very technical teaching whether you love Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai or MMA training you will definitely leave each session motivated and accomplished. My son trains in kids bjj and loves it. My wife took notice so she decided to get in on the fun and joined the women’s only kickboxing. Just a great family atmosphere. Keep up the good work guys!

My 5 year old daughter started at 5 rings almost year ago.
Day one she was scared, had no idea what was going on or what to expect. Now, after all the great coaching and patience from coach Dusty, James, Jared and all the support from her teammates, her confidence has grown by leaps and bounds and she can’t wait for class days.
I want to personally thank all of the coaches and members of Five Rings MMA for helping us find a sport she loves, for helping her mother and I build her self confidence, and for accepting her as a teammate and always making her feel welcome even as a 5 year-​old.
After watching my daughter for so long they actually convinced my butt to get in the gym and train. I love it, the men and women that train here are awesome, welcoming and really help you immerse yourself in the classes. It’s been nothing but 100% positive. Everything was clearly explained to me when we joined; billing, costs, classes, my rights and options, everything.
For the costs, class availability, coaches, family/​team mentality this is the place to be. You don’t have to take my or anyone else’s word, come check it out and make up your own mind!

I’ve been training there since they opened. Great school and awesome instructors. They offer a ton of top notch classes. Great if you want to fight in the cage or just get in shape. They also offer a ladies only kickboxing/​muay thai class that my wife really enjoys. My 8 year old son takes the BJJ class with coach Dusty (awesome coach) and my 5 year old daughter loves the kids striking class.
