Alexan Auburn Lakes

My family absolutely loves living here at Alexan Auburn Lakes. We moved in about 3 months ago, and we absolutely love all their amenities. The kids love swimming in the pool. I love getting a cup of fresh hot coffee in the mornings from their coffee bar. My husband and I really enjoy working out in their gym and cross fit/​yoga room. Having the walking/​jogging path around the lake is also a great feature that I’ve enjoyed.
Our 3-​bedroom is spacious and stylish. We’ve lived in several apartment complexes both here in Spring and San Diego, CA. Alexan Auburn Lakes is by far the best! Also helps to have an amazing staff that actually cares about their residents!

Hands down, I rate Alexan Auburn Lakes 5 stars. I recently relocated to the area for a new career opportunity and to live in/​near «The Woodlands»; a city that has been well planned and is experiencing exponential growth as we speak.
I granted Alexan Auburn Lakes 5 stars because of the location, amenities & facilities offered and the community is brand NEW. Also, after visiting 20 – 30 other apartment complexes/​communities in the Northern Houston Area, none of the management teams and facilities delivered the WOW factor like Alexan Auburn Lakes. Our leasing agent — Lauren Diaz — was FANTASTIC from the moment we walked through the door; she made all the paper work an effortlessly easy process, in addition to answering all of our questions. I must say, after working 6+ years in the hospitality industry, Lauren is by far one of the BEST sales leaders and customer service driven individuals I have come across. Thank-​you Lauren for being a Rockstar!!!

This is the definition of luxury apartments! The amenities here are to die for! The staff is so helpful! The apartments are so roomy and they have an open layout! I’m not sure if I’ll ever move from here! :)
