Attic Masters

In my home it was a mouse issue for years. They destroyed my insulation with their feces. Rodent’s waste was cleaned up and they plugged all holes to make sure no more mice could get in. Attic Masters sanitize the entire attic.

I’ve been needing to address my insulation for some time but kept putting it off because I didn’t want to tackle the issue. I know nothing about this stuff and was worried about being taken advantage of.
From the onset they were amazing. I had a ton of questions during my initial call and they were knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel rushed. They gave me a couple options and explained the process in plain english so I never felt like I was in over my head. Their was was thorough, detailed and they used quality products.
I really appreciated the fact that the made a recommendation that was best for my home instead of trying to stuff every high dollar product and upgrade down my throat.

I found this company for my parents’ house. The house is 15 y/​o. They feel the AC/​heater are not really working as efficiently as before, and look to replace the attic insulation.
These guys were responsive and came to the house at the time we wanted.
They took out the old insulation and replace with new one. Since we live in Texas and the heat gets unbearable during the summer, we decided to put on the radiant barrier as well.
I checked the attic after they left — they did a very detailed job. Everything was in place and they didn’t miss anything.

We initially called to install new insulation however once the foreman came by he noticed some rat droppings and advised to remove the entire insulation rather than placing it on top.
The price was a bit higher than we budgeted but unfortunately it was one of those things that had to be done.
I accepted the estimate which was by the way very well presented and paid a 10% deposit.
The job was scheduled for the following week since it was Christmas and they were pretty booked.
The crew arrived and were very pleasant and professional. They spent a good amount of time covering our floors and personal belongings before they actually started the cleaning process.
I was very impressed and knew I was in good hands.
The job lasted a full day leaving our attic cleaning, rat free and sanitized with very efficient R38 Batts insulation.

I was referred to this company by a friend, needed a reliable company to provide me and my family peace of mind that all ducts and vent system was safe, the attic was a mess! Under some of the old insulation they found 2 critter nests. They came out withing 24hrs, staff was very courteous. We were very pleased and plan on calling them on anything else if the occasion arises. We will def also, pass their info to anyone that needs their services.
