I typically don’t write too many reviews but I felt the lone Unilocal review is not what is representative of this establishment. To that reviewer, I understand that a promise was made, but someone else was willing to spend what you weren’t. It’s simple economics.
Anyway, I just took my car here and was very impressed by the first class type of service this place provides. The shop is clean and the waiting area is very well designed.
Anyway, new car, new toys, new year.
After pestering Luis about the exact modifications I want done 2 weeks prior to getting anything done, I am impressed with how gracious and patient he was with answering my non-​stop emails. Anyway, car was brought in on the 29^th, expected return by 30^th, because I want to ring in the new year with my new car… however, a certain part was sent by mistake. Dun dun dun… So, what happens? Luis promptly calls me and let’s me know and then he takes it upon himself to get the manufacturer to overnight the correct part and have my car to me by the 31^st! Just in time for New Year’s Eve!
Luis went above and beyond for me by opening the shop on a day they were scheduled to close (New Years eve), just so that I could have my car back immediately!
I definitely appreciate when businesses do that because I work Monday-​Saturday (yes, my schedule sucks) and rarely have time to get small errands done. Anyway, before picking up the car, Luis gave me constant progress status updates and let me know any minor thing that was out of place and he took it upon himself to correct any bolt out of place.
At pick up of my car, he walks me through everything again. I really can’t say enough good things about the good people here. I plan to take some other toys here, very soon.

I took my 2014 Porsche Panamera to Luis and had some cosmetic as well as engine enhancement work done. This was by far the best experience I could have hoped for. Not only did they take care of every detail on my car with precision, the service was exceptional. The entire staff was friendly and they all made me feel that they really appreciated my business! Thanks to you and your team Luis and I look forward to the opportunity to do more business!

1) He posted a set of 20″ wheels for sale
2) On Thursday, we agreed on a price of $ 2800
3) he wants cash, no check or credit card, and I agreed to that as well
4) I take half the day off and get a truck to pick up the wheels in the woodlands
5) On Friday, he messages me last minute that he sold them on EBay ($ 3050 was the winning bid)
6) he refuses to honor the deal with me, and calls me names for wanting to honor the deal
