Walked in and the staff was huddled in the back prep area. I waited and then watched the shorter of the 3 ladies start eating french fries out of the french fry warmer, guess this location is not that busy. hmm wonder why. Walked out with my son. Never again YUK

Not sure about the last few reviews here, but Hubby and I have visited this location for years. Our orders are always correct.(…and I am like Sally from the movie When Harry met Sally — always customizing my order.) The food is hot, fresh and cooked right. Today the fries were so hot and fresh that I had to blow on them to cool them! I had to thank the manager because our meal was so good and so fast!

The first chicken nugget, juicy, hot, and flavorful. The 19 others, cold, no flavor, dry. And i waiting five minutes for the 1 fresh one. I proceeded yo call the store with no answer. And than customer service, again no answer. Took a chance and won’t do it again.

I mean it’s Burger King. I guess there’s not much to expect. At least the fries came out hot. Girl at the front kind of waited for us to say something. Relatively clean.

I went there only one time and it will be my last time ever going back .the customer service was fine for me it’s the building I had issues with. I went through the drive thru and all over the drive thru was used fryer oil which at night time looks just like water so I drove through it I had to back up to let a customer leave because it is not an open drive thru and when I did I couldn’t get traction, I had to spin my tires in order to backup flinging used fry oil everywhere I wasn’t even going fast when I press the breaks like I just slid around until I stopped the oil slick is so bad that customers going through the drive thru track it into the main road which then causes a major traffic hazard. I am very surprised there has not been an accident. I told the drive thru lady I don’t know if she took it seriously and told her manager or building manager but he needs to be rectified.

Horrible customer service the girl when we walked in was talking to another associate and didn’t ask the guy in front of me what he needed. Finally that guy ordered and apparently he was not satisfied so he just Walked out. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and got no bacon. The people that ordered after me got the fish sandwich and it was not fresh and instead of just making another one the guy who was the cook was saying how it was fresh. Really just shut up and make another one. It’s a shame this place is right by where my son plays football and they get a lot of business you would think they had better customer service than this. I won’t come back!!!

ICEE machine broken, syrup to water ratio of fountain drinks is very off(coke tastes like water), food is lower quality than you would expect from Burger King. Sad.

This place sucks! Check your bag before leaving the drive through. Ordered a bbq bacon whopper and got no cheese and no bacon. Have to say girl in the drive through was really nice though.
