Just when I decide to come back to BK I’m reminded why I decided to leave. What a pathetic hamburger. How does this place stay in business? If you want a cold excuse for a hamburger then look no further. How this place still serves my neighborhood is beyond me.

The service is horrible! I can never understand what they are saying while taking my order. Maybe put someone in the drive thru line that communicate properly. It is very frustrating!

Extremely rude service. Went through the drive thru and asked if they could give me a second and the woman said adiós in a rude tone. We pulled around and went inside and they are still just as rude when we just wanted a second to figure our order out. I never eat fast food anymore and for reasons like this. You’re not getting paid to be a bunch of mean pos.

Food was fresh and hot. Services time was average. Inside was clean and inviting. Clean restrooms. WIFI Internet was Horrible download speed of.12. If YOU just want the food. It is a good place to visit. If you are going inside to utilize the Internet. KEEPDRIVING

By far the cleanest and most friendly bk I’ve ever stepped foot in. Every time I go I’m impressed. The food is always on point and fresh; no stale fries or old veggies/lettuce! I’m a meat eater, but I have to admit that their veggie burgers are absolutely phenomenal. Definitely worth trying!

This Burger King location continues to disappoint. My grandson likes Icees and the machine at this location hardly ever is in operation. This has been going on for at least 2 years. My grandson and I were discussing math and odds on the way to get an after school Icee and he suggested that the odds of getting one were 3 to 1 against. When we got there, the machine was, as usual, not working. One of the employees told me that the manager had requested a new machine but had been told they did not sell enough Icees to warrant a new machine. Guess what? You will not sell them if you do not have them available for sale. If the grill breaks, will they refuse to replace it because hamburger sales are down? There are other places to buy ices and plenty of places with chicken nuggets. I will be going to one of those other places in the future.

The food was good and I like the new look. However, they advertised free Wi-Fi but I didn’t see how to access it.
