The employees have been nice every time I go. However this is the 3rd time I have gotten the wrong order when my order is so simple… I don’t get fast food often, and I only like two things from Wendy’s: the spicy chicken sandwich and the fries. Every now and then I get a craving for it and go order exactly that. The last three times I’ve gone I have been given a regular chicken sandwich even when I clarify that I want the spicy. I won’t go back again.

This location’s fries are usually piping hot — which I like a lot! The food itself is pretty fresh most times I stop. However, the last couple times have been less than desirable — with some really ghetto workers on top of that.
Plain means plain — no salt means no salt. If I ask for something one way, you acknowledge my order as if you comprehend it, then there’s absolutely no reason as to why you should be mad at me when it’s wrong… Take it up with the back kitchen!
Oh well — such is life, yes?! Next week somebody new will be there so maybe it’ll go back to being better…

The tables were all dirty. When I asked if someone could clean a table or if I could have a rag and I would do it myself they said ok and ignored me. After about 5 min I yelled at the counter «is there a manager here» then a manager relieved the register worker so she could wipe off the table.
I was given free french fries and a burger but I was not happy with dirty tables and being ignored.
A little communication such as — it would be a few min or anything instead of «ok» would have avoided it all.

This has got to be the most crappie Wendy’s in town. I mistakenly came here and then read the reviews. It’s true zero customer service. I really wanted to try the pretzel bun. After the experience I just had with management and staff, forget it! This Wendy’s Blo’s Goats.

Avoid this particular Wendys at all Cost !! Every single time we get Wendys coupons in the mail and try to use them here, they take forever to read the coupons over and over. Then they have to go all the way to the back to the managers office for approval and still are resentful about honoring the valid coupons !! I don’t know what is wrong with this store but I refuse to put up with these people any more. Tonight was my last time. I will go out of my way to drive to the Wendys on 2920 and kuykendahl before I set foot in this place again !! So long spring cypress, you have lost my business !!

I can’t believe they charge for condiments! I was surprised since usually 1 ketchup is free, but c’mon — «any» condiments is extra?
I like Wendy’s but this is the first one I’ve come across where they charge for ketchup and mustard.

Horrible. Just horrible. They completely messed up the order, and it took them twenty minutes to correct it. Decent food, but horrible service.
