Lots of choices. Cool spot to get crazy with fixings. If it was closer to my house it would easily become my guilty pleasure. Welcoming atmosphere for all!

Just got home from leaving Chill… The Milkshake Bar. Tastes is meh, and the little girl that works there was too busy talking to her friends to do her job correctly. She made mine wrong, after I specifically wrote exactly what I did and did not want. Then she handed it off to me completely dripping; my jacket and shoes got dirty from it. Lastly, we paid to «make it a malt» and it does not taste like a malt. Not sure if I’ll go back, and I will not be recommending this place in the future.

Ehhh. Fun concept, good milkshakes. Poor customer service. Pricey at over 5 $ a shake and then don’t provide a drink carrier for those of us ordering more than one shake??? So as I’m trying to walk out carrying four shakes in my arms, I get to my car to realize they didn’t wipe down the outside of the cup, so I smeared chocolate all over my silk shirt. Not awesome

A most wonderful surprise and the shake was as always, simple put, GREAT! I have always been greeted and felt welcomed and wanted, as a customer that’s important.

Really friendly staff. Great milkshakes and waffle. The cinnamon waffle is a define must have. Really cute and fun place to go for desserts after a meal.

Before Blue Bell came back, I was craving for something yummy and I stumbled on this bar. I can’t stop coming here. This place has became one of my addiction for something sweet. My favorite is the Amaretto Cherry but I recommend all of their flavors. Yum!

This place deserves an A++ for customer service! Chill. It’s not just a shake bar, they also have gourmet waffles. It’s located right at the corner of a plaza so you’ll have to keep your eye out to find it. As my boyfriend and I walk in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the manager. Super sweet lady, she was so enthusiastic and friendly. It was our first time, so she introduced us to their shake menu, which has a variety of options but you can also custom make your own. It’s $ 0.75 extra if you want it to be a malt! My boyfriend ordered the smores and the mint chocolate and I ordered the snickers. After we ordered at the register, the manager told us that there were board games that we can play while we wait. There were probably 10+ board games so you wouldn’t be bored at all. The shakes are a lot bigger than they seem. I recommend that you share with someone. For some reason, the smores shake was a lot thicker than the snickers but it was still good. If you’re ever craving for some local, homemade shakes, this is the place to go.

I found this place by searching through Unilocal and what’s nearby. It’s a great place to try! I left this place with a great feeling. I am definitely going to return here as it’s the perfect place for this Texas heat. One thing I will add is the wait time, but I can’t complain since everyone is trying to get their malt shakes and«chill» for the summer. Also, they open late at 2pm and close at 9pm. I wish they were open a bit earlier so I could pair it with my lunch for dessert. Maybe it’s a good thing so I could slow my role to obtaining diabeetus lol. Also, I was a bit confused as it was my first time walking in. No one really helped me until I walked up to the register and tried to order. The order process is similar to which which. You circle the shake you would like to purchase and select add-ins if you’d like. Then write your name at the very bottom so they can call you when it’s ready. I ordered the eagle and it was perfect. It’s a mix of cookies n cream and mint chocolate. I will definitely try to create my own malt shake next time that way I can select my own add-ins. I’ll repeat it, it’s a great place for Texas! They also have sandwiches here. I definitely missed their food menu and will come back to try it sometime.

I am already thinking about the next time I can go here! Completely worth the 25 minute drive and the 5 dollars! I really love milkshakes, 90’s music, easy parking, board games and friendly service. This place had all of that!!! After asking one of the employees her favorite I followed her suggestion and ordered The Eagle(Cookies and Cream mixed with Thin Mint cookies). It was fantastic! The 2 others who I cam with made their own mixtures that they were both really happy with. There were so many fantastic options I cant wait to try another! I do think it would be a lot of fun for them to have a happy hour or figure out how to make a flight of milkshakes work since there were so many flavors I wanted to try and I am sure I am not in the minority.

This place is so much fun! It is super cute and super clean(and I’m kinda of picky that way). They sell the most delicious shakes and we love that you can create your own or choose one of theirs. I like the mint one(I think it’s called the Grasshopper). It even has bits of chocolate mints in and on it! The straws are nice and fat so all that goodness can get straight to my mouth! They have board games ready to play for free so so we take our kids there for rewards(and when I want ice cream) and my husband and I even drop by for dessert on date nights! Oh and the waffle explosion is amazing. Not sure what the secret ingredient is but… YUM! And the grilled cheese choices are expansive. I haven’t tried them all yet, but I had a sharp cheddar one and it was so good!!! Adorable friendly employees and atmosphere along with yummy food and treats keep us coming back over and over again! Highly recommend!

«Can I have a sip of that? I’d like to know what a five-dollar shake tastes like.» No, this wasn’t «Jack Rabbit Slim’s» and a cheap representation of Buddy Holly wasn’t serving us milkshakes in a faux-car table; this was«Chill…The Milkshake Bar» and I was pumped to see what an establishment devoted to milkshakes could whip up(pun intended). Much like Tarantino, I’ll let you know from the beginning how this ends. I was disappointed. Walking in to «Chill…» you get the sense that you’ve been transported to a 50s type diner with bright walls, checkerboard-tile floor, red accents and a long bar with seats. This looked promising before I even hit the menu listing creative and mouthwatering milkshake offerings. This is where the 50s vibe slapped me in the face like I was George McFly and reminded me that, yes, we’re still living in 2015. We strolled up to the counter to order and sat there for a few minutes watching as they put together milkshakes behind the bar. No reason to say anything, they seemed as if they were busy and would get to us any moment. We continue to sit for at least 5 minutes waiting but, still, this did not seem out of the norm considering what they were doing. I must say, at this point, that there was no way they did not notice us standing there. A few minutes later a group of three kids walk-in and what does one of the employees behind the bar do? Walk up to them and explain exactly how you’re supposed to order, completely dismissing my wife & I who had been waiting patiently, ignorant to the fact that you had to fill out a slip of paper with your order and bring it to the register. Annoyed at the fact that we had been waiting so long and then been skipped in line by these people just because they were acknowledged first, I hesitated on the tip line of my receipt but bit my lip and hoped it was a one-off instance. In «Chill…The Milkshake Bar’s» defense, they get those milkshakes out faster than I imagined and it wasn’t long into our game of Connect 4 that we had them in our hands. I’m a sucker for anything Birthday Cake so I opted for that and my wife went with the Cherry Pie shake. Let me just say that I fancy myself a Birthday Cake shake connoisseur. Between my fixation on peanut butter or cookie dough, Birthday Cake shakes are something I just know. This was the WORST birthday cake shake I’ve ever had and I’m not too proud to admit I’ve dabbled in Dairy Queen blizzards. The consistency of a shake was there, not too dense to pull through a straw and not too thin that it is essentially a soup, but the flavor was somewhere between vanilla with sprinkles and non-existent. My wife concurred on this important detail and we both agreed that these plastic cups of bland flavors, despite the presentation being impeccable, were wasted calories. Unfortunately, we had high hopes for a business whose entire niche is milkshakes. You had ONEJOB. Fortunately, you will find me a mile down the road at Brewster’s where the birthday cake shake tastes like they have tax-evasion dirt on Martha Stewart, blackmailing her into forced-labor till the end of days. Look for me. I’ll be the guy doing my best Daniel Plainview impersonation; «I drink your milkshake. I DRINKITUP.»

Creating your milk shake or malt from a menu of ice creams and add ins is only limited by your inner foodie… and what they offer(of course) You get to choose milk shake or malt flavors from a pre defined menu also. The waffles from the waffle bar and grilled cheeses are more than just a snack. They are loads of flavors. Needles to say, this is a place to go to on your diet cheat day… and cheat sinfully you will.

First time here, and they do have very tasty shakes. There are lots of choices, and create your own as well. Unfortunately, only one size for shakes(16oz). They also have waffles and grilled cheese sandwiches. Waffles are über good… but I had the Sharpie grilled cheese, but not much cheese. Cheese pieces too small for bread size, and just not enough of them. Cheap bread and too buttery greasy for me. It was served in a foil bag you get cheap burgers in.

It’s not just another shake! It’s a real(and great) shake. Instead of being spit out by some machine where everything is pre-mixed and sitting for the day, these are made from hand-scooped Blue Bell. Each shake is fresh, comprised of the ingredients you choose and most importantly — based on the best real ice cream. Now, if you’re not in the mood for a shake, you are not out of luck. Their dessert waffles are AMAZING and are better than most desserts that you can get at a fancy restaurant. So, would I come back. Umm, yeah — probably again today if I had room! Seriously, you cannot go wrong with this place.

Chill is a super cool, friendly little shop that I can totally see being a big teen hangout after school. The décor is so cute and there are lots of quotes about milkshakes painted on the wall. My favorite being«I tried to give up milkshakes and it was the worst 5 minutes of my life». You start out by filling out your slip and picking from one of many suggested ideas or creating your own. You pay at the register and wait for your magical creation to appear on the counter. The milkshake is blended really well. There are chunks in it(depending on what your order), but the big fat straw they give you makes it totally drinkable. If you love chocolate, then by all means get the«I love chocolate» milkshake. You won’t be disappointed. However, at $ 5 a shake and I don’t even want to know how many calories, I’ll have to save this place for a just an occasional special treat.
