Domino’s Pizza

I have had a bad experience with this store in a couple of occasions. First at all, their website doesn’t allow them to deliver to my address which is annoying by itself. When I have called another store to order by phone they always redirect me to this one saying that my home falls into this store area. In the past I have called and they just say :” tank you for calling Domino’s, please hold” and then just wait forever to place my order. That has been the main reason why I don’t order Domino’s anymore. So a couple of days ago I decided to give them another try and did all the afore mentioned steps to the same result: «thank you for calling Domino’s, please hold»… 5 minutes later I am still waiting until I decided to hang up. I called another store and they gave the same song and dance about me belonging to this store area. I am like: fine! Let’s call them back again. So I did and guess what? «Thank you for calling Domino’s, please hold»…another 5 minutes of holding until I finally gave up and decided to order from Pizza Hut. I had no problems with their online system and they delivered within 20 min. (I was surprised by that btw) Needless to say I won’t be ordering Domino’s in the foreseeable future. Having to wait 5 minutes to place an order is bad, having to wait twice and still not being able to place an order or even talk to anybody is not the kind of customer service I expect from a multimillion dollar company.

I ordered a 2 mediums with 2 toppings each deal and they were not reasonable with my request for no toppings on the first pizza and 3 on the other. So now I am paying for 4 toppings on two pizzas, but only getting 2 toppings on 1 because they can’t use common sense. Ridiculous!

This store is garbage and ran by a bunch of kids will never order from this place ever again

It always takes over an hour to get our pizza. However, recently it took over 4 hours to get our pizza order and we only got it because we went to the store to pick it up. We got two free pizzas out of it but the multiple bad delivery experiences were enough for us not to order from here again.
I recommend carrying out from this location, DO NOT order delivery.

I ordered two orders of lava cakes. I called to find out why we only received one order and the little smart mouthed boy on the phone asks me «you do realize that was 4 hours ago?» I explained that I had the order come early for my kids and that I just got off of work. He was silent for most of the conversation and then tells me all he’s willing to do is give me a credit. I asked him why it couldn’t be delivered and he states, «you want us to come out there for two lava cakes?» I said yes, I wouldn’t have paid for them if I didn’t want them. He said «Fine, you’re going to have to wait 45 minutes. «and hangs up. We have ordered from your establishment many times with no issue. Mistakes happen. Things get missed, but after dealing with sick people all day the last thing I need is some smart mouthed man child being rude to a paying customer. He needs to be disciplined. If i treated him as a patient as he did me as a customer, I wouldn’t have a job.

Guy on the phone is rude and doesn’t like to explain anything at all. He hangs up on you before you even finish your sentence. If you want to know about anything about your pizza or the specials don’t even bother calling here waste of time! Service is horrible. Never ordering here again! He hung up on my husband and I twice before we were done ordering. Only left 1 star bc the pizza was actually good.

Perfect crust, perfect sauces, great toppings. Only one problem: people.
This used to be the best Dominos in town, service and food. Now, they’ve turned into corporate shills. I will miss their choices in sauces and toppings, but I won’t miss the profit first attitude I received on my most recent order. I won’t be ordering from this location again til there is an overhaul in their managerial staff.

We order here at least once a week, usually. Our first few experiences were great. The food was awesome. Pizza was hot, fresh, and the order was correct. We switched from Pizza Hut bc our order was always wrong. My hubby wanted to try Dominoes bc we were fed up.
We usually order a Brooklyn style crust meat lovers, a thin crust extra sauce with 1 topping, (whatever I feel like that night), a pasta dish for our daughter bc she doesnt like pizza. The last 3 times I ordered the thin crust did not have extra sauce even though I ordered it. This made the pizza very dry and not good. I decided to pick up the order last night so I could check it before we got home. Again, no extra sauce on the thin crust I requested. We paid extra for pepperoni lovers on the Brooklyn crust pizza but the pizza was sparse of pepperoni and defiantly was not extra pepperoni. I showed them both pizzas were wrong. I had ordered 2 two liter sodas, 2 pizzas, parm bites, and a pasta. I left it all there bc they had to remake them and it would take 25 min. Everyone was hungry so we left and went somewhere else. I’m not sure if we will order from here again.

I hadn’t liked Dominoes when they first came out. It’s been quite a few years since I ordered and now I remember why. Pizza was cold, the sausage was overcooked and hard, and barely any cheese. Even the teenagers were disappointed. Save your money.

I’ve never really enjoyed Domino’s pizza and this location tried so hard to change that
Recently at a friends get together, everyone wanted to order pizza and the general consensus settled on this Domino’s, we ordered it and it arrived hot and the meat/​cheese was good, yet I’ve never been able to get past the carboard/​sandpaper buttered flavor of the crust.
I’m a guy though, so I ate it and didn’t complain and the company of friends can’t be beat on a great night of gaming and beers.

Sucks Sucks Sucks!!! Dominos in general is gross. I have never liked their pizza, but I would still eat it, if i was somewhere where it had already been ordered, I myself only order Pizza Hut, but I tried their chicken wings last night and they are terrible!!! When you first chew into the wing, all you feel is squishyness, because its just skin, and then if you can finally find the chicken, it just tastes bad. The sauce is not good at all. And the bread sticks, those are gross too. Never will I try their chicken wings or bread sticks again, and I will only eat their pizza, if i cant find anything else to eat. Oh, and at this location, they got the order wrong, instead of a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, they gave us a cheese pizza with jalapenos. Yeah, Dominos just sucks!!!
