The five stars is for Alex. We started going in on Sunday’s after church, they’re usually pretty busy at that point. He’s quick, attentive, and does his job with a smile on his face. I’m not certain if he’s a manager, but I’ve observed him managing the other guys assuring that they get everyone helped quickly and correctly. And btw, the pizza is delicious!

So I’ve been frequenting this location at least once every couple of weeks. Sometimes I just do not feel like cooking, and want something quick, cheap and delicious. I’ve always had a neutral feeling about writing a review on a pizza chain, but now is the time. The past 3 times I have been, yes they have pizza ready, but it has been old, cold and stale. I started making a habit to check the pizza before leaving the store. Well tonight I decided to go get a pizza, and what do you know, it’s old, cold and stale. I had already handed my money over and was handed my pizza, and I kindly asked if they could make one fresh and I would be willing to wait. I got a nasty stare and was told to take this one or will have to wait 45 minutes. I am so sorry to inconvenience the employees for coming into their store to get some ‘Hot & Ready’ food *sarcasm*, I did not appreciate the attitude, but I ended up just taking the pizza, got in my car and left. I get home and say screw it, and ate 2 pieces. My dog didn’t even want to eat the piece I gave him, which I felt guilty giving my dog some low-ball crap in the first place, but that says something. I will NOT be coming to this location ever again, and I really hope that the GM or franchise owner reads this. I love the product when it is given the way it should be but this old, stale crap and nasty attitude stuff NEEDS to stop! There is another location on Louetta and Stuebner Airline that pulled the same thing, old stale crap, so now I really don’t have a Little Caesars to go to anymore that’s close. Probably the same owners due to the below par service. Well if you like this location or any others in the Spring area, feel free to still support them, but I just feel I needed to add my experience. I know of a few other people who have had the same crap service as well, I’m not alone. It isn’t the best pizza in the world, but the concept(when operating properly) is good enough. You get what you pay for I suppose, but many other locations across the city charge $ 5 but tastes like $ 10.

We ordered pizza at 9:10pm, that way it would be ready. They told us it would take 25 minutes. We showed up at 9:48p! The guy said they didn’t close till 10pm on the phone when we ordered. We knocked on the door, the manager came to front and just shook his head ‘No’. My husband called the store while we were waiting and the Manager answered phone and told him, he wouldn’t give us our order that was sitting on the rack. He wouldn’t admit the was closing early either. We will be calling day manager tomorrow to let them know about the poor customer service we received.

Love this chain! This location is a 50⁄50 on whether your going to wait 10 minutes for a «hot and ready». Other locations like the on 2920 near I45 do it.

I’m already a fan of Little Caesars pizza, and this is my favorite location. They are very quick, attentive, and have some sexy employees. Plus $ 5 large pizzas — YUM!
