I contacted Miss. Lee/​Express Embroidery at the recommendation/​referral of a coworker. Oh Lordy lord… Where do I start?! Except that Miss. Lee exemplifies customer service and receives a gazillion stars!
Express EmBroidery operates inside Alterations Express /​Dry Cleaning. Miss Lee runs a tight and efficient work space.
I presented Miss Lee with a last minute, rather large job and her «no problem» «can do» approach was beyond refreshing. She is very patient, thorough, modest and sincere. and the quality of her work (and dedication) is off the charts!

The owner was super friendly and helped me out a lot. I had already heard good things before I went in, so I’m glad they lived up to their reputation. And there was no «sticker shock» on the pricing!

Nice embroidery at a great price! I went here to get my son’s backpack embroidered with his initials. The nice lady was really helpful and spent a lot of time for me helping me choose font, size, and thread color. She charged me $ 12, which I think is very reasonable. I came back a few days later and instantly regret my decision on thread color. The thread color stood out way too much against the background and it was totally my fault.
I went back and asked her to fix it. She agreed and helped me pick another color. She was able to remove the first embroidery without any damages to the front of the fabric and redid it with another color. She charged me an additional $ 5 for the removal and $ 12 for the re-​embroidery. Turn around time was really fast. I’ll definitely go here again for any embroidery needs.

Love this place! The owner is always very friendly and does great work! Plus she has a fast turn around and prices are reasonable!
