This is the slowest goddam Starbucks I have ever been to. I think I’ve been waiting in the drive thru line litefor about 30 min now. There is another Starbucks less than mile away that I will definitely be going to next time.

Two times I’ve ordered, excited to have had time in the morning before work to even go to Starbucks, and they got it wrong. Halfway down the road I realize this is not my white chocolate mocha and is indeed something that tastes like water or black coffee which is the worst when you’re expecting a wonderfully amazing hot and sweet $ 5 Starbucks beverage :(

I am totally DONE with this place. Has to be the Nadir of Starbucks franchises. I have written something like 500 reviews and only 2 or 3 of them were so bad that I begrudged them the 1 star that Unilocal mandates is the minimum rating. Well this place becomes #4 and joins the 1% that I personally would rate as terrible. I see no saving graces from the drive thru customer perspective(I have never been inside and will never go inside this place, nor will I ever give the drive thru another chance either). I am SICK of it. Been there 5 times, 3 of the 5 including tonight were horribly slow service. Tonight after the server had given the car in front(the only customer ahead of me) their order she leaned out of the window and smiled and talked with the occupant while I and others behind me had to sit and wait. Finally(5 minutes for sure) they said their farewells and the car drove off — no further exchange of product or cash — just chit chat. Then the drinks. I ALWAYS order the same — Venti non-fat latte with 2 equals. Should always be the same right? I have ordered it all over the World(many states in the US, England, Australia — even Saudi Arabia) and it is the SAME. Sometimes made with a little more love — but the SAME. Not here. Toss a coin as to what you get. Twice it was OK(same but no «love»). Twice it was nasty bitter and tonight despite the fact that(when I got home I put the stuff in a glass) it had a VERY pale brown tint to it — it had NO coffee taste whatsoever — and as sweet as Hell. I am guessing just 1 expresso shot instead of the normal 3, and 4 equals instead of 2. TERRIBLE. Took a pic of the crap and then poured it down the sink. Complete waste of $ 4.50 or whatever. So let’s do the math: I have a 60% chance of getting very slow service I have a 60% chance of getting an undrinkable latte By my simple math I have a 1 in 5 chance of getting a drinkable latte with a reasonable wait time. Will I ever go again — HELLNO Franchisee — The business model is to take about $ 0.60 of coffee beans, $ 0.30 of milk and a $ 0.10 cup and sell it for $ 4.50 with a smile. How difficult can that be? Someone — either you or Starbucks needs the nuclear option here, clean ship, train the staff and start over. All the other Starbucks around have 3.5−4 stars. There is a reason why you have less than 2. Please wake up and fix it before you go under. I want you to succeed but you have to try a LOT harder Review #302016

The worst Stabucks. Service is PAINFULLY slow wether you’re in the drive-thru or walking in. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve skipped this location because the drive thru line was so long and I knew I would be there 20 minutes minimum. It’s a shame because everyone in our area was excited for a location opening on the Rayford side of 45. Could be better if the people that worked there are actually nice, but nope. Prepare to be ignored at the service counter until the 10 minutes it takes for them to put a pre-packed sandwich in the oven is over. At least shoot a greeting my way? Again, not a one time incident. Get a new staff ASAP!

I pulled up in line with 6 cars ahead of me to read the two previous reviews. I’m hoping for better service! I’m happy to say in 7 minutes I’m pulling away from the window, coffee in hand. They’ve made the necessary improvements in the last month.

This location opened not too long ago and I’ve only been there twice. Second time there was awful. I ordered through the drive trough and it took about 20 min to get my coffe! There was only two cars ahead of me and it was 9 pm… Needless to say, I’m never going back to this location…

This Starbucks recently opened. I’ve been here twice since the opening and it will be the last for a while. The staff is extremely slow and not very friendly. It seemed unorganized. They need to bring in some experienced staff to train.
