Go to any other Starbucks besides this one. They managed to burn my iced coffee on more than one occasion. Tell me how that’s even possible? The parking lot is hell, the service is slow, and the people that work there are rude.

This location is convenient but very busy so don’t fault them if you’re in a rush. They are working as fast as they can to get all the drive thru orders and the walk in orders. They could definitely use a bigger parking lot but there is no available space for them so what you see is what you get. The drive thru option is convenient but when it’s busy it can back up into the parking lot. If you are in a real hurry then I suggest using preorder in the Starbucks app. The service I’ve received has always been great.

Customer service is good most days but other days… They’re always busy. So don’t go there if you’re in a rush. The pre-order is great. There was one time it wasn’t ready and I had to wait. So one out of a dozen isn’t that bad.

Worst run Starbucks location I’ve ever visited. 25 minutes to get a drink when I was in on Saturday afternoon. Gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were pretty busy. Very chaotic… most disorganized I’ve ever seen. I’m back on Sunday night, it’s empty, and it still took 10 minutes. No competition nearby and a convenient location on the way to I-45 must be the only way this place stays open.

Are you a gambling Unilocaler? If so, this sbux might be for you! The wait is crazy long, drive thru or in the store, weekday or weekend-doesn’t seem to make a difference re: priority. My drink is up to standard 20% of the time. So, we’ve stopped going all together. I say, hit up Walgreens for a Red Bull or try Chick-fil-A(dos biscuits doe) across the street.

Oh how I wish this wasn’t the only Starbucks around. They’re outrageously slow, always have between 4 – 6 people bustling behind the counter and only 1 or two working. If you’re on a time limit this is not the place for you. Forget trying to get lunch here! Some days you can wait 45 minutes for a drink! Not cool !

Asked for soy. Did not get soy. Got milk instead. How do I know? I spent the rest of the day vomiting and dizzy and didn’t have anything else that day. I went back to give them a second chance, and asked for soy. «Sorry, we’re out of soy.» I asked if there was anything else they could put in it, and they said no. They had no recommendations on what I should get instead and didn’t really care. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal, but they could have handled it so much better than that. At least this time, they didn’t just put regular milk in instead of soy.

Super bummed today at 12:14 I went through the drive thru like I always do daily and asked if I could please have my two items rung up separately so I could earn my stars since I’m a gold star member and the guy told me no. I just realized this week that every time you go through unless you ask for it you only earn one star no matter how many items you purchase. When in reality you can get a star for each item. This was shared with me by another Starbucks employee I know at school. As I stated I am a daily customer so this upset me because the man was not even kind about it. He just said no it will ruin all the drive through orders behind me. Even though he admitted that I was correct in being able to do so. Big drag.

Hands down, the worst Starbucks. Service seems to range from bad to obnoxious. The management here must treat the people like crap, because they seem indifferent to good service or product. They are also incredibly slow. Drive-thru or walk-in both are terrible. I’ve had one great experience here at night at the drive-through. That’s 1:10. I’ve now stopped going. If I need coffee in an emergency I’ll go across the street to Chic-fil-a. Really — it’s that bad.

This location has the worst parking lot and drive through area of any business I have ever gone to. Starbucks is located next to a strip center by a Shipley’s Donuts. This makes the breakfast hours EXTRA busy. Along with the parking lot not being wide enough to allow two-way traffic, the drive-through prevents anyone coming to pick up coffee to leave happy. People pull in from both sides of the lot and throw common sense in the trash with yesterday’s Starbucks cup: You will see people parked in the middle of traffic to be a part of the drive-through line; which is then held up by the same cars arguing over who gets to go first. The rest of us going inside to order are just as bad! Tension running high and no one has any patience —come on, this is before our morning coffee — So cars are hitting the gas and swerving around the line from both directions! I have seen, and almost been a part of, some very close calls. Once you get inside the staff is friendly enough, but the renovations recently done on the lobby have done nothing to improve the line to order or the area to wait for your drink — and you will be waiting. For a while. This is the slowest Starbucks in the universe. The. Universe. Worth your time to drive over to the New Trails location and order there.

Where do I begin?! I’m not sure what’s going on at this location. I’m accustomed to great service at every Starbucks. Right? Not this one. Especially in the morning. Staff act like they just rolled out of bed. Grumpy and hungover with a side of attitude. Seriously. It’s so frustrating. I don’t get it. The wait times for walk-ins and drive-thru orders are HORRENDOUS. I’ve waited close to 25 minutes in line. There is ZERO sense of urgency. I’d give anything to speak the Manager. THISISNOT typical Starbucks training or service. Hopefully, someone in management will read this and take appropriate action.

Slowest service ever!!! Went inside, maybe 6 people ahead of us. Walked out with our drinks 35 minutes later!!! Watched them make the drinks for the people that ordered after me… before making ours!!! Unacceptable!!! Won’t be back ever!!!

This Starbucks has a nice staff, but I highly recommend using the drive thru. They do not care about the customers inside the location waiting, they will handle 6 or 7 drive thru orders between each customer inside the location. I waited 20 minutes for 2 drink orders while watching car after car in the drove thru get drinks.

The baristas could be more pleasant. I guess I am accustom to wonderful service at every Starbucks. Maybe the staff wakes up in a bad mood… Every morning. Coffee is okay, usually better at other locations. I can’t figure out the difference though. The new outdoor seating is awesome: relaxing and comfortable. New bathrooms are big and clean.

This location recently had a remodel which looks fantastic provides extra seating inside and out a cleaner appearance and more grab and go options grab and go. However the speed of the staff is still the same it takes entirely too long for some of the staff to take orders and for the product to come out. I rarely stop anymore.

This one is super busy all the time. They are remodeling so things were in a bit of disarray. However, the coffee was good and the staff friendly even though they were busy. Be sure to have that frequent coffee freak card to get those stars to get some free drinks.

I don’t frequent Starbucks Coffee enough to really be a vital source of review and insight. My once in a blue moon trip tends to have incentive. In this case I visited this location early on the 4th of July. They were giving free tall coffees for the national holiday. As a fan of free, I of course scooped up this opportunity, especially with it being coffee. Along with my free coffee I also got their fruit cup, which was fresh and delicious; perfect compliment to my bitter drink(not a huge fan of their coffee sadly, but nothing beats free). Staff was super friendly, especially since they already knew most of their customers this day were just merely pit stopping for the free coffee.
