Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Stopped in near closing time, but was treated well. Staff was very professional and friendly. Got me on my way f a s t!

I rent here all the time for business. Always fast and they pick me up and drop me off. For a great price, can’t complain.

I was very impressed with the customer service at this location! They picked me up and got me in and on my way very quickly. The car I rented was clean & full on gas. I will definitely use this location again.

Nearly assaulted at enterprise branch. Recently returned a defective Kia. The front seat of the vehicle was not operating properly putting my back in a very awkward and painful position. When looking at defective handle the enterprise rep further broke the handle right in front of me. Also, was given two different explanations why the rear hatch door would not open when pressing on the key button. I recently broke my hand and this feature would’ve helped me. The customer rep had no sympathy for my broken hand. In fact told me «don’t you have two hands.» When discussing the hatch back door one of the female employees came around the counter and got in my face in a aggressive manner. I had to turn away being scared for my safety. I hope to god they check security footage; this is not acceptable for somebody to get in someone’s face over this situation. I rented in the past year almost 4 months from this location. Dwight and his staff have always been a great help and very friendly; not sure about these folks… To top it off they went from one rate to another rate with out my knowledge.

We are Elite National Car Rental Members, Alamo, Hertz, Avis, etc, and we have one word on this location: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.
We, as we always do, booked our cars online at their ENTERPRISE online site, and they even let us use our national emerald number, so we did. Enterprise owns national and Alamo.
Today, we made a reservation early this morning, and got confirmation for an intermediate car pick up in the afternoon with unlimited mileage at this location.
«HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM» —
Upon arriving for what we thought would be a 5 minute stop, we are told:
1. «We have NO Cars Available» — But we just made this reservation today.
2. They also tell us «WELL, IT KIND OF IS BUT KIND OF ISN’T UNLIMITED MILES» — But you just sent us a confirmation of our rental with unlimited miles noted on it.
BOTTOMLINE:
They rented and confirmed a car for us on that day with unlimited miles BUT UPON ARRIVING AT THEIR LOCATION:
— THEY had no car AND
— IF if they did have one, it would «NOT Really» came with the unlimited miles our confirmation confirmed.
We thought that a location in our home town of The Woodlands would have better service and car — THEY PROVED US WRONG, and this is very different than other enterprise locations we have rented from nationwide.
We are dealing with a medical emergency with our father, so this car rental was not something we needed this experience with.
ADVICE TO ENTERPRISE CORPORATE:
Close this location down or MANDATE SERVICE QUALITY CHANGES right away because they have tarnished our respect for the ENTERPRISE BRAND and great service we have received in other locations.

Horrible! I walked in, there were about seven employees either in groups talking, or on break while one employee asked me to sit and wait, and that she will be with me in a few minutes. I waited about 15 minutes for her while the other seven employees looked at me and joked in their groups. On top of that, they had to place a $ 350 hold on my card to rent the car. I complained and received a discount, but the damage was done. I will no longer use Enterprise rental car. I hate when businesses have other employees available but I have to wait. I will be glad to see them go out of business just like Blockbuster Video. They had horrible customer service also.

Updating my review (from 1 star to 3) since I used them again last week and it was much smoother. Car still low on gas but it was clean and the dropped off to my office timely. I think there is room for improvement at this location, but I have faith with more businesses moving to the area, practice will make perfect.

NEVER GO HERE~! They take forever and have a horrible attitude. The manager Jamie should not be a manager– horrible customer service!

I use this location at least once a month, and I have to say that Aaron and his team, really understand what customer service i! They are always friendly, no matter how busy they are, and have been very accommodating to my needs. I will continue to use their location, and recommend everyone I know to go here first. Thanks y’all! :)
