Went in today for a facial and pedicure. Staff was polite and didn’t try to sell me anything. I’ll definitely go again.

I went in to get a cleansing facial, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I know everybody’s experience is different, but I thought the staff was very friendly.
A girl named Nichole took care of me that day, she was excellent. She also proved to be knowledgeable when I asked her for skin care products and advice. She gets 5 stars for sure!
Since the facial went so well, I decided to stay for a pedi. Although it was nice, I didn’t get the same care as earlier that day. The job was nicely done though!

So I’ve gone there a few times for a pedicure, mainly cause it’s so close to my house. I can just pop in and boom! There’s almost never a wait, the room where they do the pedis is clean with tons of gossip magazines (let’s face it, that’s one of the most important things).
I can’t say anything about the massage or salon side as I’ve never gotten one there.

This place totally ruined my Mother’s Day. Do not go here. The management/owner was so rude! The services are ok but the filth in the place and very rude people at the front killed any joy I did experience.

This is a very strange place. You walk in and the male receptionist (owner) is a bit gruff and told me to ‘take a seat.’ When I went to the restroom, I passed a full service bar with every kind of hard liquor you can imagine and a margarita and daiquiri machine. There were staff members taking men behind doors and then just talking and laughing — I don’t think they had enough work to do and so they invited their friends over. My shellac manicure wore off after just three days — it was like they didn’t really know what they were doing. Kind of gave me the creeps…

I’ve been there several times. On today, I went in for a facial, which was OK. Once my facial was over, I proceeded to the front desk to pay. The cashier (a male) was extremely rude. I even had to say to him «are you having a good day» in order for him to realize how rude he was being to a paying customer. I am a hard working teacher who needed a day of relaxation, but after being treated so rudely, I will NEVER EVER go back to this spa. There are many more spas in the are who would APPRECIATE business.
Attention Owner:
Spas are a luxury, not a necessity. Therefore, you should treat everyone «extra» special!
