I have been coming her for a few years. No issues. Love getting a pedicure. Great customer service. Today Kevin did an awesome job on my nails.

I go to Luxe nails two maybe three times a month Kevin does the best nails. People always ask me who did my nails they have so many shellac gel colors to choose from and also nail 3D designs. Heather also does my facials and she’s great. I’ve had such great results with my skin.

Let me start off by saying I always give credit when credit is due! My Pedicure was fine however my nails were by far the worse experience ever! The lady started off okay then she begin to cut & shape my nails. I told her she cut my nails too short so she called the owner over and he said I would have to pay $ 5 more to get them longer (start over). I didn’t want to cause a scene so I said okay and left that at that. At that moment I should have got up payed for my pedicure and left. The lady then proceeds to apply another nail on top of the nail she already applied, at this moment I’m very upset. Then it takes her over an hour to file down the acrylic which wasn’t enough, then she hurries and apply my polish didn’t ask if I wouldn’t a design or anything. Then request for me to move to the dryer and takes another customer. I got up paid $ 52 for everything and left because I was very upset and didn’t want to start any problems. Few mins after I cooked down I called the owner and told him how I felt and stated I just want my $ 30 back for my nails and he was VERY rude and did not cooperate. With all that being said This business is by far the Worse I have EVER been too and will not recommend this service to any one else!

I do not like it when the techs stop working on you and moves on to another customer and leaves you waiting. Also the KICKBOXING class next door blares their music and all you hear is the bass thumping. I have a MAJOR headache now. I asked the tech about the noise and she said it would stop at the half hour. Uh, no. I’m still sitting here waiting on the tech to finish the other customer that came in AFTER ME –and after my service was started — to come back and finish my nails and the noise is still blaring. So annoyed. Not ever coming back. Ever.

I’m giving them two stars because I’ve had good pedicures/​manicures here before, but last night’s experience was definitely a one star event. A friend and I went to have spa pedicures and manicures. We asked for the 1 hour pedicure for $ 40 plus the manicure. No one was available to start my toes right away, which was fine, and I waited at least 15 – 20 minutes after my friend’s pedicure started before someone came to start mine. We joked that she was going to have to wait at the end while I was still going to be enjoying my pedicure, and my girl finally came and sat down and apologized for the wait. So imagine my surprise when my pedicure ended 10 minutes BEFORE my friends and mine was about 35 minutes long total. I asked if I was still going to be paying the same amount as she was and they said yes, they used all the products on the list, and that my friend’s lady just took longer to polish… which may have been true, but the polish maybe took 5 minutes longer at most, and most certainly did not account for the extra 25+ minute pedicure she received at the same price as I was paying. I complained to the man at the register (he’s very unfriendly, he’s done my manicure before and can’t be bothered to even look at you, much less crack a smile) and without ever looking up said «I will take $ 5 off» and handed me the receipt. I signed it, but said I felt that it was unfair and I wouldn’t be returning. Nail salons are a dime a dozen around here, so you would think they would be a bit more concerned with customer service.

I love this place. Besides the fact that its über pretty inside, everyone is super friendly very quick. Happy costumer since 2010 :)

Awesome salon! Just perfect! So relaxing to sit in the dimly lit pedicure area, have a glass of sangria, get ur feet prettied, and enjoy the mural of the Paris skyline! the girls do an awesome job and are very friendly. The ultimate spa pedi is the best!!! Hot stone massage, hot wax and so many more treats!
