So it has been about 9 months since my initial visit, I had settled (originally it was 1500) the debt collection agency to pay a little less than 1000 dollars for my visit (which was to test me for the flu) and guess what? ANOTHER BILL!!! This one I had not even recieved from the ER itself but from the debt collection for AN ADDITIONAL 570 dollars. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I did not pay almost a grand to still take a hit to my credit because I am not made of money. Not to mention, I am just now being charged with a separate «physicians fee» after almost a year! Do not go to this ER. Ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Seriously, it is sickening that people make a living trying to drown people in debt like this.

Brought my dad here due to alot of pain. It was a quick in and out experience with a nice staff. Like it better than going to a hospital, also because it was small and efficient, and was close to home.

I did a search online for an urgent care in our area and First Choice ER came up. I arrived around 8 in the morning and found I was the only person there. I was giving the paperwork to fill out and was called back while I was filling it out for vitals from the nurse. He was nice but didn’t have a very good bedside manner. Another nurse came in and asked me questions about what was I in for. He was just straight to the point and not polite at all. The doctor came in and introduced himself and took the time with me to figure out my problem. He prescribed me some meds (which made me feel so much better). He was very thorough and patient. The receptionist was very nice and helpful! I was in and out within an hour!

My husband went in for a cut that was starting to look bad, he was given a tetanus shot and the Dr. Told him «I’m not sure what you have, but try this cream and see if it helps». The cream did not help and my husband got another opinion and was treated accordingly. However, as the previous reviewer mentioned– my review is so low because a tetanus shot and a cream cost us $ 1500! My husband has been in contact with them and they have given him very unclear answers about how the bill is so high. We are very frustrated and unhappy with the quality of care. It is unfortunate that it has become so hard to find adequate medical care…

5÷20÷2012 Update: I removed 4 stars because I just saw the bill for my visit. HOLY MOLY! Not only was it not covered by my insurance as I was told — It’s twice as high or higher than a regular hospital ER! I went in with what I thought may be pneumonia — Got 2 X-​Rays, a steroid shot, a breathing treatment and saw a Dr. (He billed separately) $ 2,059.00??? GIVE ME A BREAK!
Clean, professional and fast! They had all the necessary equipment and staff on hand. They explained everything clearly and everyone was pleasant and friendly. The physician even called me at home the following day to check on me! I am so happy they are close to my home!
