This is the place to go for fast and excellent care when life throws a curveball and you cannot wait! Everyone here is extremely friendly, professional and understanding. Hope I never have to go here again anytime soon, but feel safer just knowing they are there!

Wife was sick and pregnant… and we had heard great things about FCER.
We walked right in — called ahead /​reserved a spot online and when we got there they were waiting.
All the staff was very attentive, courteous, and MOST OF ALL professional and extremely competent.
We were treated with respect and concern, and when we left — feeling so much better — we knew we had to make sure everyone else knew how great our experience was (all things considered — since we were sick)!

Fantastic! The staff here were very attentive & welcoming. While I wasn’t in pain per se, I was miserable from Bronchitis and Dr. Ross was very empathetic and took time to understand my medical history in such a short time. The nurse who assisted (Candace?) was also a peach. My x-​ray tech was very detailed and pleasant. My son was not the most cooperative while I was being seen, but he did well with them… :) Always a plus!
Clean, and an extremely quick in & out! Will surely keep them in my «rolodex» for future ER needs!

Very friendly and extremely quick staff. I was in extreme pain and of course I had insurance issues (imagine that). They were extremely patience and truly concerned with me and my pain.
